I hope Al Harris gets to call some defensive plays to prepare him to be a DC. He seems to be on his way to being a future HC in this league. Players responding to him (Kendricks taking coaching from him is a great sign) the way they do shows he can maybe take a path to HC. Hopefully, our front office doesn't screw up and lose him.

Broadus's confirmation on their thinking in taking Liufau over Lloyd is a damning indictment of this front office and personnel team. Zeke should have had NO influence on the decision. And reaching for an LB some coach got a hard on about over a clear area of need and without question one of the BPAs is inexcusable.

I think based on what I have seen, what I know about Zimmer’s scheme. DQ can build a hell of a defense but is incapable of making in game adjustments, Zimm’s can and he can build a defense. DC’s defense as coached by Zimmer will be either the #1 or #2 Defense in the league. Zimm’s ability to adjust is going to be the difference maker for this defense.

There was a time when we couldn't get the defensive back problems solved, drafting and free agency couldn't solve it initially and now look. They are doing the same thing with the D-line, it's going to get fixed, just need to find that first piece. I will say I hope they know they don't have success drafting Michigan players.

Long time Cowboys fan from the mid-1960’s, I have met Broadus in London, I listen (ed) to lots of programs (speak, undisputed, first take, the break, talking Cowboys, etc., etc., PLUS watched every game a minimum of two sometimes even three times to keep informed. This year, for many reasons, I am primarily focused on your show versus seeing other shows. I really like the rapport and knowledgeable give and take between you and Brian!
