Regardless of his record or how he exited that stage of his career; the man is a professional fighter, and no one can take that away from him. I was a cop for 15 years and had to fight at times to take criminals into custody that didn't want to be in custody lol. The worst being those who were so high on dope that their pain threshold was non-existent. I will tell you that maybe the first couple of fights were fun because of my youth and the adrenalin. That wears off real quick. People who actually have to deal with real violence in their career field aren't big on telling "ass kicking" stories or "what they would do if" stories. Fighting is painful, unpredictable, awkward most of the time and they result in injuries and sometimes death. Fighting is not cool, it is not fun and it's not anything to brag about. It just means you couldn't problem solve your way out of a situation so it deteriorated into violence.

If you ever want to know if someone is lying just listen for how many irrelevant details they drop in the story. In Bryans case. He gave a description of his car when it has no bearing on the story. But he thinks telling you what color and make his car was will add legitimacy to the story despite it being entirely irrelevant.

The one person in my life who I know for a fact would fight anyone anywhere is my step-dad. Not so much now since he's older and wiser but when he was younger. And the reason I know it for a fact is because I've seen it many times growing up. And he would drop people with a couple of punches most of the time. The thing is. I never once in my life heard him brag about it. He told me a couple of stories but they either had a lesson for me or he just thought it was funny. Like the time him and his friend beat up some guys really bad in a road rage situation and didn't hurt one too much "so he can drive his friends to the hospital". If anyone else told me that story I'd call bs but this is him in his mid 20s in the 90s Russia when he was at his wildest. So I belive it lol
