Let's not forget there was no grass growing under Alan, but when you can lose him and not skip a beat...tells ya what a FIND Bryan was. Amazing...the right guy, right fit, right band.

REO Speedwagon! The GREATEST ROCK AND ROLL BAND OF ALL TIME!!!!! Well done Bryan! See you in two weeks!

I think REO Speedwagon have had two of the best drummers there's been. I'm a big fan of Allan Gratzer in the old days and now of Bryan Hitt. The next drummer will have some big shoes to fill.
@k20a_dave Жыл бұрын
there will probably be no other drummer, the guys won't play music until they're 100 haha. someday or another they will stop playing, thats pretty impressive they are still playing gigs in their 70'S
@rockandrollrob614 жыл бұрын
This is proof that drummers need to practice Just as much, if not more then the rest of the band. Also it shows how much the drums are the backbone of most, if not all songs.

I've always liked your style Brian, I saw you guys at the grand casino Hinckley, MN a few years back. That song you just played is my favorite. I'm a drummer too and want my 4th grade daughter to play drums. Thank you, Daniel

The man is just so smooth and effortless the muscle memory playing a song for over 25 years it’s as easy as breathing for him! Well done ! Thank you for the tutorial!

Bryan, I was looking through my daughters cds and found an REO cd and started playing my drums to your songs. When Don’t Let Him Go started I was amazed at all of the phrasing you put into the song. I loved it ,but I didn’t know how to play it. Then I came across this video. Thank you so much for setting up this demonstration of a masterful job on your drums. I’m not a young man anymore. I’m 72 years old, but I just love attempting to play along with you.

Seeing Bryan open the last show that we saw of Reo at the Borgata in Atlantic City was definitely a huge time for me and getting to meet them all for a few minutes well except Bruce, he was out in the giant lobby/ bar area actually hanging out with everyone like it was normal! I always loved their music since I was around 10 in the 70s but had never seen them live. That was the dumbest thing I ever didn't do was to not have seen them live before 2010 (I think it was 2010) I had just survived several emergency health issues and decided to go to as many shows as I could afford and up front also. Bryan couldn't have been nicer and is an amazing groove oriented drummer.

TY sir. Love REOS since my first live rock concert with them headlining at Irvine Amph. in 1982. My high school, Tustin High, won the entire Orange County (California) food drive to win free tix for the entire student body. I was a young freshman that has remained a lifelong fan because of the exposure. My wife and I still see you whenever near us in So Cal.✌️
