CHRIS MCDONOUGH, I was wondering if you would ve willing to look at this case from the perspective of the DA? I mean really look at it as if you needed to see how and why BK did not commit this crime. Please!? 🙏🙏🙏 Because I really respect the work you have done and continue to do and I always enjoy listening in on your channel. Getting your insights as someone who is looking at this case through the lense of the defense would help us to get an understanding of what the prosecution really feels they have arguments up against. I have heard many credible sources analyze the motions thus , with speculative analysis of what has been both sealed and redacted. Professionals related to criminal law have made observations on this case that expand deeper than information within PCA. This is the reason I ask you to do this. Your insights would be awesome and bring some better understanding to those waivering on what is truly going on..Also a credible source has reason to become that both DP & DA have knowledge of second suspect and says that this is where Bryans Alibli of being alone , driving, comes into strategy. It is believed that Brent Kopacka is suspected and that BF saw him. This is said to be BF exculpatory evidence. Thank you.

From what I understand so far...and I could be wrong on this...the Defense is not questioning the DNA evidence per se, but rather the legality of how it was obtained in the first place, i.e., the legality of the process. If for some reason the judge does not allow the DNA into evidence, then the prosecution's case suddenly becomes MUCH more difficult. Assuming that the judge ultimately allows the DNA information into evidence, the defense will then attack the accuracy, or the reliability, of the DNA evidence itself. That's what defense attorneys do -- they try to shoot holes in the prosecution's case, and create "doubt" in the minds of the jurors. The defense doesn't have to "prove" anything.

In any case, I think the second swab from bks cheek, was taken correctly. So that was legal, & matched.

Is that really the case with regards to a second swab taken directly from BK’s cheek that matches the DNA found on the leather sheath? If so, then what the defense is trying to do now is moot. There must be something more to this, other than just another way to bog down the proceedings.
