48:00 or so, actually, the regal incident did happen, but that was in dec of 97, not sept. this one was, regal and benoit were in a car crash around uncensored 1997, regal got hurt pretty bad (said right after it, about all he remembers is getting dropped off at home after nitro the next night, and not by someone he normally rode with), missed time, and his already bad drug problem got worse (started up on ghb to boot).

Let’s choke them out with it!” See: Star Wars. When you get something that’s this hot, this popular, you have to starve the fans a bit. You have to stoke the appetite. Make them wait for it. The nWo coming out should be the payoff- the moment everyone is waiting for. But if they’re coming out 11 times a night, it’s no longer special. It’s boring.
