I have already lost count on how many times I have watched this video. The choices of editing and music, and the photos and cinematography of Logan’s videos are all perfect. His videos are all well-paced and the color grading is phenomenal. As of late, you and Logan have been my go-to KZbinr/film photographer. The way you approach portrait photography, how you show the rawness of going up to people and asking them for photos is really awesome. It shows that rejections happen and it is a bit awkward. But even with all that, it makes me realize that maybe one day I can have the courage to do that too. All the hard work that you guys have put in your craft, it all shines out in your photos and videos. These videos have made me sleep better at night. And for that, I thank you both.

Two things that are binge worthy, Logan Baker's photography movies and Analog Artisans.

The usual high high standard of film making and story telling. Outstanding flourishes as well. The glasses, eyes and horse galloping in reflection is cinematography at its best. A wonderful photographer to showcase as well. Plus a shout out for the dog in the beginning! Looking forward to the next one already.

Its not hard to see the elements that grip you when you watch Logan's work, and that slower pace is something Bryan and Logan seem to use to their advantage when it comes to presenting their videos, and compiling their story lines. I love this series, and I can't stress how refreshing it is to watch both of these artisans doing what they love doing.

logan is one of my favourites right now, but damn he says "like" a lot, like a lot, like so many times hahaha his videos are magic, they go straight to the deep, very similar to you sometimes, just a different person telling us a different story, my kind of content and inspiration.

Like, it’s genuine. Like, so casual. Just like him.
@BryanBirks3 жыл бұрын
@@imrannuri to be fair this was a long convo with absolutely no lead up or prep and I could have edited stuff like that out but it feels robotic. Too many KZbinrs do that with jump cuts during talking head parts. Everyone says “like” and “um” in everyday conversations so I don’t mind it at all.
@MichaWha3 жыл бұрын
@@imrannuri I agree, I would have enjoyed the video a lot more without all the "likes" :)
@BryanBirks3 жыл бұрын
Listen guys…what point is there to say “you would have liked it better”? It does nothing. Actually less than nothing. Do you not think that I didn’t notice it? But what it’s doing is taking away from Logan and his work. Do you think it makes me feel great when I put out a video that I love and that I feel has a great message and people are complaining in the comments about something as trivial as saying “like”? And I’m not saying this to sound like a dick. I take pride in what I put out and I feel like I have to stick up for Logan in the comments of his own video about his work and his photography.

Another fun episode to watch of Analog Artisans! Super interesting to hear Logan because he just seems so... Casual? Friendly maybe? Like he's thought about what his motivations are for creating, and he also seems like someone I would run into at a grocery store and we would stop and chat for a while and it would all feel genuine. Does that make sense? 😅
@BryanBirks3 жыл бұрын
That’s spot on. Haha and I can attest to that. It was like catching up with an old friend during our 2 hour conversation. He would probably finish your grocery list for you while you take a nap.
