oddly enough, this is the type of editing that makes you more $$$ it's "less is more" in full effect. the video shines because they picked a great location with dope cars and wardrobe and the cuts matched the song. everything else is left up to the DP and Colorist for that professional touch. sometimes, just throwing a bunch of random stuff together makes your video look cheaper. it makes you lose money twice. once because you devalue yourself as a director and your price, then again because you spent an extra week on a video that didn't need it, instead of taking on more work.
