This is actually untrue the band started having problems around the time of Sport Of Kings with pressure from management and their label to produce more commercial music which resulted in the aforementioned album. This continued somewhat with Surveilance the bands least selling album.

Rik wanted to go solo and the rest of the band made that very difficult for him. He received a very unfair settlement and basically signed his rights to triumph and it's music away...Since they reconciled a few years back the bad blood has been washed away with a lot of water under the bridge. If Rik Emmett is a "DICK" so are Gil Moore and Mike Levine....No one is perfect and when it comes to money the worst in all of us shows.

It doesn't exist, i simply ripped Overture: Processional, Never Surrender and Epilogue: Resolution from the Never Surrender CD and put them together and called it The Extended version.

Rik Emmett has had quite a prolific solo career since Triumph although under the Radar but triumph has done nothing since their only album "Edge Of Excess" without Emmett in 92'.

I am very disappointed! I thought there really was an extended version! The end of Never Surrender flows so nicely into When The Lights Go Down. Thanks for posting ANY Triumph, but I'm a bit let down here!
