I would have to say; Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge is my favorite C&C too (Even if I do kinda suck at it). As much as I enjoyed Tiberium Sun, I felt there wasn't enough variety and practicality of the units; and GDI's Titans basically made scrap of anything on the ground. Plus it lacked navy and much air support. It felt like a slight expansion to the first game, but didn't do enough to separate itself. With Red Alert 2, it tried so many new things. And while some of them didn't work out; I think it at least made itself a memorable experience. Yuri's Army maybe fundamentally broken; but honestly, it's all in the fun spirit of the game, and it's not like Normal Red Alert 2 was that balanced to begin with; since rushing with Rhino Tanks was the optimal strat in that game. The credit I can give Yuri's Revenge is; it makes you need to plan ahead and think; and sometimes silly plays can get some amazing results.

I was ranked 5th in the world at yuri's for about 4 years running during it's prime years. Red Alert 2 Remastered, with optional DLC of Yuri as a faction, each faction's superweapons, and each faction's commandos, all sold seperately. Also, somehow, lootboxes. Probably for character skins.

Man. that game was full of awesome plays. btw: How does he pull of the engi/seal move? (The one where you order a unit to capture/blow up a building then put it in an IFV) When I try to do a waypoint move like that, it doesn't seem to work.. Have I got the order mixed up?

BlakjeKaas you should order the seal into the ifv first then target the buildings you wanna blow up (remember to put the seal at a distance to the ifv so that he doesnt enter the ifv too soon and cancel the waypoint)

you put enough space between the engi and IFV to give the secondary command. Then, command your engi into the IFV, hold down the waypoint button (mine is Z), and select whatever building you want it to go into [before the engi gets inside of the IFV] and you're done.

@@BryanVahey Ah righto, I had the order mixed up. I was doing it as one waypoint, but then the waypoint ends in the IFV. However after doing a "normal" command to enter the IFV, then a waypoint mode onto the building(s) you want to demolish it works fine! Thanks!

I've been seeing a surge of other RA 1 remastered YT videos from other casters covering the RA1 resmastered version and it looks terrible. Anyways, I suggested to try out OpenRA, some developers revamped the game way before the remastered came out. Plus, people from the OpenRa community came back and most of them preferred OpenRa over the remastered.
