"I need to work on my balance" Calling it now, bosu ball sumo DL. One ball under each foot, weight on blocks to eliminate the deficit, chains to make it heavier at the top and add more instability. Thank me when you hit 410kg.

I know powerlifting is not really a mainstream sport but...I'm baffled that this channel doesn't have way more subscribers, especially when I see the subscriber count of some of those joke "fitness influencers". Anyway, just wanted to say thanks for the amazing content, and kudos to a great human being. I'm hooked on those form-check-Fridays (and the rest) and I am not even a powerlifter haha

Great stuff, awesome job, keep up the good work. So glad the production value for the video was so top, cause I was starting to think there wasn’t gonna be a video coming out. Also, the lockout for deadlift felt far out cause you gained weight and went up a weight class. Your thighs are larger, so the bar gets pushed further forward. Not as noticeable at lighter loads typically.

Hi, there was no balance on those heavier lifts cos the stance wasn't perfect, your feet are not in equidistant from the plates(14:05), hence the bars shifts to one side and you have to compensate for that. What do you think?

From my pov it looked like you were closer to the weights on your left side compared to right (from your perspective). I would say at least 4-5 cm. This could have been an issue for your deadlift balance overall since you had to stabilize that as well as locking the weight out.
