I’m a big Bryce Meredith fan and have been watching him since his NCAA days but I hope he learned from this fight and doesn’t come out swinging on the next one and rely on his wrestling more. Daniel Cormier, Tyron Woolley came up relying on their wrestling and learned striking throughout their fights. I don’t want him to be like Aaron Pico and get knocked out a couple times until he decides to rely on his elite wrestling (and Aaron Pico is a way better striker IMO compared to Bryce)

Pico is not a great example, he was a PAL and golden gloves champ, and a national Pankration champ.

@@justinisabeast9573 I never said Aaron isn’t a good striker lol. Y’all got the point wrong. My point is Aaron is a great striker but he lost a few fights in which he should have won if he relied on his elite wrestling first. Dude a beast in grappling.

Take them down and beat the daylights out of them. You have nothing to prove or gain by standing up too long. Time will hone your stand up game . So take is easy and avoid being rocked whenever possible

There's a lot of work to do, got to keep that right hand up so he don't get caught with them hooks decent style I agree must wrestle a lot more. Wrestlers can't think their boxers just coming into the ring... My son wrestled him as a youth beat him everytime . I thought he was talented then. But i loved how tuff n confident he was thru college hope that tude take's him where he wants to go .

Hahaha. I promise you I'm not, good sir. Accidentally came in really light because of the COVID protocol. We had to show up in Sioux Falls the day before weigh-ins to get tested, so I brought my house scale and just tried to stay under 135.6 on my scale. Ended up weighing in the next day at 133.2 with shorts and sweatpants on. Strange circumstances. Lol. Legit made me lol with that comment though... The moustache and man bun really pulls it all together. Haha

Literally probably the best thing that could have happened I’ve seen so many guys get tkod because that one shot the country survive had never happened to him before getting tested throught your career helps you in the long run he will be better next fight just because of that

Bryce La is head movement, and he is too stiff at times. He is good outside of the UFC. But once he hits the big stage he is going to be an average fighter at best.
