I remember when my dad found this song like six years ago and it was his favorite song, he'd blast it in his dodge nitro, in our rainbow, color changing radio that I picked out a few years prior, with a huge speaker in the back that my dad and his high school buddy built. the bass was so loud, everything would vibrate, we'd both be shouting the lyrics, not even being able to hear each other. not even driving, sitting in our apartment garage, the doors open, you could hear the song echoing through the garage. we probably annoyed everyone that lived there, but we didnt care, we were happy! just me and him, we'd lived alone together for so many years, my dad switching girlfriends every now and then, but they never stayed with us for long. I was a single child, I was used to me and my dad being absolutely bonkers together. now, the car has been totalled, my dad forgot about this song, he cant handle loud noises, we bought a house, my dad has a wife, and they just had a child last month, me and my dad havent had one of those good, just singing moments with our own song since then. but, what's done has been done. it was nice while it lasted.
