Something I want to start and really stick with is going through the Bible re-cap. It’s basically a plan you do on the Bible app and you read through the whole thing a little bit at a time and then you get a re-cap with the woman who came up with it. I tried to do the whole Bible last year and fell off. So I’m starting with the New Testament which is only 92 days and then after that I’ll try to do the whole thing. Jesus has been the only keeping me sane for lack of a better word. And I just really want to lean on him more than I ever have this year. Especially since having my son in September last year. There’s been lots of challenges becoming a mom

this year I'm working on being more grateful and focusing on the blessings in my life rather than what I don't have, along with working out more, reading my Bible more, and overall being healthier! :) your videos are so inspiring to me and they always motivate me to be happier and healthier

You truly are my biggest motivation and such a ray of sunshine! So happy you're back on the podcast, love having Lucas on there as well at times :) I'm about 9 weeks pregnant, after having had a miscarriage at 12 weeks 4 yrs ago, and 4 yrs of fertility struggles and procedures, I started focusing on healing my body naturally and within 2 months of it got pregnant!! Truly a miracle from God! So praying this little baby stays put and grows healthy. And my main focus for 2025 will be to provide the healthiest space for this baby, by taking care of my body with slow movement, healthy meals, (as much as my cravings and nausea will allow me) and just stay positive and hope that this miracle is ours! Also would be SO exciting if you and Lucas get pregnant in 2025 as you mentioned! You will be the BEST parents yet xx

I will be implementing more whole foods in this new year! I always knew I was supposed to, but learning more about nutrition and all the horrible things that get put in our food, especially the processed foods really made me want to be more careful with what I eat to care for my body! Focusing on: 1. Reading through the whole Bible using the “step bible” book! 2. Making more from home (specifically things for cold and illness. Like wellness shots, using oregano oil, etc). 3. Getting movement in daily and helping those around me find joy in it as well

My main focus for this year is working on living in the present. My biggest goals are to incorperate things like meditation and breathwork. I want to work on things that brings me back into where I currently am. I feel like I miss out on a lot of moments because of this. I also am working on getting back into a workout routine! I have absolutly been loving the January jumpstart program. Your videos are making me fall back in love with strength training. I truly thank you for everything that you do!

Something I am implementing is walking for at least 20 minutes a day! I live in the Midwest where it’s currently so cold so a lot of days are spent inside - so far I’ve prioritized my daily walks and feeling great!

One thing I am focused on is getting back to being disciplined, I ordered myself a journal, more like a planner/gratitude journal, and it takes just 5 mins to fill it each morning. My plan is to do it everyday, starting with small commitments will bering about a discipline that will then help me through staying on top of my mental health. Its so cool that a small 5 min activity could lead to that :)

Yes!! We’ve had our Breville espresso machine for three years now after wanting it for MUCH longer! We finally caved and it’s been soooooooo worth it!!! Getting coffee you know is good and mold free too is super important! I hardly ever get a coffee out anymore because I love mine so much ❤ One thing I’m implementing in my life is zero expectations. I’ve learned that I unknowingly have expectations that make me feel down and so that’s something I’m working on. Also, trusting Christ has it, helps with that a ton.

I'm really working on reading my bible more consistently! My church is doing the bible in a year plan together and I'm super excited to dive in and really be held accountable to sticking to it. I love setting new goals at the beginning of each year and this is just one specific one I'm really focusing on!!

One thing I’m implementing this year is taking care of my body internally, I feel like I’ve neglected this when I started working in a hospital you are always on the go and you nvr have time for yourself. On days when I’m off I’d feel too tired or burnt out to care so this year I’m being more mindful to take care of my body and mind, as they say you have one body and health is wealth ❤

A healthy habit that I am implementing in the new year is is using an app to track what I eat. It has so far shown me what I can add in to my meals to make them more balanced. I hope that soon I will be able to have enough knowledge to know what to eat on my own, but this has been a great place to start! Also, your videos are always so motivating and inspiring and always make my day! Thank you so much for the encouragement! :)

Recommend using washing machine sheets as opposed to a plastic bottle of washing liquid If you want to have less (plastic) waste in your life. They’re life changing. Also, as a barista in australia for 5+ years, watch some videos of how to steam/froth milk! You want it silky not foamy - it should look like wet paint or melted ice cream. Takes a lot of time and practice but it’s worth it ✌️ 😊

My goal this year is to be more mindful of the energy that enters my body, the negativity of other peoples words needs to stay outside of me so I can be positive all the time! Beautiful video ❤ I actually purchased the ritual vitamin and seed. One of my main goals is to focus on taking those every day. Also, going into my small garage gym everyday whether it be for stretching or a full work out… even if it is 2O degrees in there right now😂 and I got a beautiful Bible for Christmas and a main thing is to read it daily, even if it is just a few minutes. ❤ Smiling and laughing a bit more everyday sounds nice too! I am going to try to start my day with protein before coffee! I have started doing castor oil packs and drinking aloe in the morning so to continue that! Thanks for the inspiration :)

Prioritizing taking breaks while I study this year! I often find myself sitting for hours at the computer and want to be better about incorporating movement/rest into my routine.

This year I am training with my neighbor to run a 5k. I am a walker so running is totally new to me! Your pup is adorable with his boots!

This year I’m trying to implement being more present by limiting endless scrolling on my phone. Also trying to create a healthy routine physically and mentally!

Getting more steps in ! I work from home so it’s challenging to get steps in throughout the day but I bought a walking pad to help make it easier to achieve on a daily basis:)
