Podloga:
300 g keksa po izboru
70 g tostiranih mljevenih badema
120 g otopljenog maslaca
1 žl meda
Samljevene kekse, bademe med i maslac izmješati u smjesu teksturom nalik na mokri pijesak, sve utapkati na dno kalupa promjera 25 cm. Ohladiti dok spremate kremu.
Krema:
1 vr želatine u granulama (namočiti u 3 žl hladne vode i ostaviti da nabubri)
200 g labne krem mliječnog namaza
250 g mascarponea
400 g milerama (punomasni)
Ribana korica velikog limuna
50 g šećera u prahu
1 žl arome vanilije
1 žl limunova soka
200 ml vrhnja za šlag

Voće po želji
Miksati mascarpone, labne i mileram sa šećerom u prahu i limunovom koricom. Dodati aromu vanilije, izmiksati odvojeno vrhnje za šlag (ne premutiti) - sjediniti dvije smjese, dodati otopljenu želatinu i na kraju limunov sok.
Na ohladjenu podlogu namazati polovinu smjese, složiti voće, preliti drugom polovinom kreme i ostaviti da se dobro ohladi.
Dekorirati po želji i uživati u pravoj ljetnoj slastici!

Base :
300 g of biscuits of your choice
70 g of toasted ground almonds
120 g of melted butter
1 tbsp of honey
Mix ground biscuits, almonds, honey and butter into a mixture with a texture similar to wet sand, pat everything on the bottom of a mold with a diameter of 25 cm.
Cool while preparing the cream.
Cream:
1 tablespoon of gelatin in granules
(soak in 3 tablespoons of cold water and let it swell) 200 g of labna cream milk spread
250 g of mascarpone
400 g sour cream (full fat)
Grated zest of a large lemon
50 g of powdered sugar
1 tsp of vanilla flavoring
1 tsp lemon juice
200 ml of whipping cream
+ Fruit as desired
Mix mascarpone, labne and mileram with powdered sugar and lemon zest.
Add the vanilla aroma, mix the separate whipping cream (do not overbeat) - combine the two mixtures, add the dissolved gelatin and finally the lemon juice. Spread half of the mixture on the cooled base, arrange the fruit, cover with the other half of the cream and leave to cool well.
