Ikr and dazai did so much for the agency, especially in the recent arc. but the thing is, dazai doesn't actually see any of the ppl in the ada as friends, he's only close towards atsushi bcs he's his mentor. the only person dazai actually considers as a friend is oda, and probably chuuya because of how much they trust each other in the battle. and in kunikida's case, dazai just sees him as a partner and annoying him is just to something to amuse himself.

@Exillium70 Lets dont forget Mori is based on irl Avtor. If Kafka does this, it will be considered disrespectful to the author. Also mori told it in front of Fukuzawa with sarcasm. Mori and Yosano were at war. Yosano has a very useful ability. There was a war and he definitely wouldn't be nice to her. Mori had already found Dazai traumatized and after his suicide attempt. Mori did not did anything to anyone in this sense. As for me, he just loves children like a parent. This can be seen in the offical Manga "Beast" (i mostly used google tranlator cuz im not English)

This reaction is very nice and so on point. I love the fact that you pointed out that Mori did teach Dazai some valuable tactics. People fail to realize that Mori is a fine strategist and Dazai learned from him. Yk he may be smarter than Mori ( not to mention he is only 2nd to Ranpo when it comes to IQS), but manipulating someone and organizing his plans smoothly was the result of Mori teaching & training him. Also, it hurts me so much to see how most of the times the ADA completely fails to involve Dazai among themselves. Also when the deal was made that 1 of the ADA members would be transferred to the PM, Fukuzawa asked Mori to only leave Yosano out of the deal . I mean Ik & understand that she was exploited by Mori and was traumatized heavily in the past, but that doesn't mean Dazai was not. He may not express it but the fact that he genuinely despise the PM boss and expresses his willingness to stay in the light is enough to make the president ask Mori to leave him also out of the deal. I mean no one wants to be traded with the mafia, Dazai is the one who is struggling the most to help others and be in the light. But they are just going to push him back into the mafia?! Honestly sometimes I feel like except for Atsushi no one actually cares for his whereabouts. Like for throughout all the seasons only Atsushi's POV hallucinates him/ thinks about him/ is concerned about his whereabouts. Even though I'm actually excited to see what happens if Dazai gets traded to the mafia ( honestly the agency will be fucked up, with skk ,I don't think anyone will ever have a chance to stand against them. Sskk may be able to buy some time but then Akutagawa will never go against Dazai, so yeah they will be over. Actually I think Atsushi will also join the mafia if Dazai is being transferred), I don't want Dazai's hard work to change himself & help others ( the only way to fulfil Odasaku's dying wish) to be futile.
