Kung walang gastos po, need p rin po ng soce. Print form 1, 2 and 3 lng po, 3 copies. No need to notarize, pde po ung s comelec pumirma. But if they still required notarized, panotaryo nu n lng po ung form 3. Then si kapitan n lng po magpasa ng soce n may gastos.

Sir good day paano po kung iisa lang ang resibo? Halimbawa pl ay bumili kayo ng isanv ream ng bond paper pang buong team na sya. Paano po ang pag iindicate noon?

Para d na po complex, isa n lng po magreport nun.. then ung iba, magpasa lng ng form 1 to 3 with zero value, explain nu n lng s comelec wala kayong nilabas n pera at wala din natanggap n nagdonate. Pde namn po un n walang ginastos s election. No need n rin panotaryo, ung officer n lng po pipirma don pinapanotaryuhan lng po kasi ung mga gastos P5k pataas or may contribution or donation n nrcvd.

Need po kasi ng resibo sir tlg s mga expenses n galing s supplier (tarpaulin, flyers, etc). Kasama po kasi s ipapasa at iiscan. Tapos may report p po un kasama ng business firm (supplier) notarized. Need nu humanap po ng resibo tlg sir. Ngyn, pde nmn po payroll kung wala kayong resibo. Ang gawin ninyong gastos for example ay sweldo ng watchers imbis na mga goods for the campaign.

Soft copy of the forms po ba or soft copy of the scanned copy after signature

Depende po s comelec s inyong lugar. Sa amin po, ung soft copy ay binubuo ng 2 folders - excel file folder (filled out forms no sig or no notarized pa) at pdf file folder (scanned copy of hardcopy with sig at notarized na).
