In my area, bsnl 4g is working from many months but it was not volte and coincidentally today I noticed 4gvolte of bsnl during a phone call . Earlier 4g was not working during calls , internet used to stop but today it was working during call. That means they are working really and this is not just a paper thing. Government employees only work when there is constant pressure from public so I urge everyone to take this seriously so that BSNL improves itself because it is an asset for government and nation. It had generated profit in the past . Our money should be used for nation building not for filling the bags of few rich conglomerate. Jai Hind 🇮🇳

I am already using 700 MHz BSNL's 4G service in Kolkata and speed is very good for 4G! Bas VoLTE aur 5G aa jaaye! I don't think I will look at any other operator for years to come especially when I use airtel and BSNL. Edit: As of 17/08/2024 when making calls BSNL switches back to 2G as there is no VoLTE implemented yet.

@@RAHUL-q5y2s n28 band is used for 4G, so not all phones may support it. I use iPhone 14 so it works for me. Maybe, after official launch they will add more 4G bands. I get 4G near Ballygunge just fine. Also, hope you have upgraded your SIM card.

Points to improve from the BSNL side. 1. BSNL needs to improve customer service as it is one of the worst. 2. BSNL needs to work on installing towers in no coverage area and also work on speeds as some people will port their main sim to BSNL. 3. BSNL should improve their services in a timely base so that it won't fall short with other players. 4. Improve broadband connectivity as it will improve indoor call quality mainly in rural areas, still many of the village areas are yet to be connected with wired broadband network. 5. If we book for any service at least respond with the correct reason for denial of service. And try to improve on these regions. I think BSNL has the right potential to do revolution like Jio once did. Hope they improve All the best BSNL.

They are only installing towers but not starting them. They installed a tower here 3 or 4 months ago but yet to start
