That was the pilot project at the cost of some crore inr finally became obsolete within one year because of non-performance out of deficiency of technical aspect and lacking of maintenance. This is not for discouraging the concerned organisation but for cautioning them to be more careful in future . Wireless system always maintains financial control comparing to optical fiber system but only the problem with regular maintenance.
