Govt. must seriously think of VRS scheme. The working of BSNL doesn't require more than 25k employees and VRS is optional. Govt. is wasting money on a BSNL, which is never going to become profitable in near future.

Voluntary hai..jise benifit feel yo lega...jiske liye not benifits yo nehi lega. As a non profit making company nearly dacade vrs should come at regular interval.
