This is really a very nice performance on Michael Nyman's tune, but why don't you try to film the video with the camera shooting at a different point of view, on a different direction? It is really quite annoying to watch such a miracle coming out from the grandpiano while seeing also people in the background doing the towels, the plates and the kitchen in a state of a total indifference for what is going on regarding the music! Maybe it is a part of the job or some concept hard to understand, but ok, we all know that this is probably a sort of a restaurant-bar, but this, by any means, does not serve the idea to show-off the dish of the day on the pianoforte while performing on divine composers. Simply does not fit!
