Sage and foolish talk works exactly opposite in corporate world. If you talk about your bad qualities or weaknesses, there are narcissists who will use those agaist you at right time. So we have to see character and quality of other people before being open about our good or bad qualities. These narcissist boast about themselves and if you talk about your good qualities it is considered as boasting even if you mention it after you ask. E should open mouth on just timely but based on other persons capacity to understand and character.
