My friend desided to get it...one for me one for her. But I have to pay for mine. Haven't watched TV since 1997.....and still not interested. It's garbage, I have an xbox and a freesat. Waste of my time and money..... cancelled.

My BT box is rubbish as soon as it rains all of my channels disappear even after I've unplugged it and plugged it back in

I have a new box but I do not want to connect to the internet. Any way I can bypass this in the set up??

Yes you can connect to the internet at first then simply unplug the ethernet cable once setup is complete shouldn't cause any problems

@@mariannewhite5571 You can use it without a router if you don't want stuff from the internet. I just get Freeview and am happy with that. I record in advance what I want to watch.

Loads of problems with mine - having to constantly reboot it, and remote not working half the time. Complete load of rubbish - wish I'd never bought it.

Is there an EPG option to transpose the view? So Time on the Y-axis and just one channel at a time? I really don't get why they always do it the other way. I find it really difficult to plan my viewing.

My BT YouView box tells me to rescan but when it gets to the end of scanning it never finishes it just says scanning for channels 🤔🙄😏😔

Can you watch 2 different programmes let's say my wife wants to watch something upstairs on her tablet and I am watching the main TV.

Yes you should be able to or you can record 2 programmes at the same time while watching a different channel as long as program scheduled times do not conflict hope this helps . thanks for watching
