I loved the fact Mang has the courage to take the mask off now. What I didn’t expect was the tears rolling down my face upon seeing the reveal and the symbolism of RJ being the one there with him after he takes off the mask 🥺😭. Hobi was my first bias in kpop and Mang was and is my favorite and I’m so emotional right now.

it's because he did in real life. during BTS's debut, he wore a mask (you would notice it in their debut song No More Dream) because he was considered "ugly." But he stopped wearing it as he gained more self confidence. This episode represents that time.

And the way RJ was there when he revealed himself and he didn't even ask him anything showing how Jin has been with them and ARMYs.... helping everyone accepting themselves the way they are... taking all difficulties himself making it easier for us.... Vi la pelicula de "coco" dos veces en la Tv y ninguna vez lloré y este videito de 1:43min me hizo llorar un monton, al recordar que hobi utilizaba una mascara en la epoca de sus debut porque no cumplia los estandares de "belleza". Me entristece el pensar lo que sufrió por eso y me alegra ver que tanta gente lo ama al igual que yo, y ver a RJ me hizo pensar en las veces que Jin habrá estado con él en esos momentos.
