@@jeffloagz my favorite one is from 9:00-11:05. For me personally I always wanted to be successful but at certain point in my life I was addicted to weed and alcohol. Due to certain event life help me let go of those things and the people that were associated with them . I'm in a better place now and trying to master a new skill. Day trading. As far as gym life I went from being an alcoholic to now being at a 15% body fat beast of a machine. Sorry for the late reply. Much love and stay bless my dude

Wowww the last two days been in the mindset of surrendering in the moment or fueling my emotions (magnetism) with visual self (future self ) all in the moment. Perfect timing too, the true New Years is amongst us 3/22 (spring equinox) I’m done with my old self paradigm! Also numbers 3/22 is powerful our ancient ancestors describe it as the foundation piller. 3 being the pyramid and 2+2 4 being the square like a house.

Honestly fam everything you said I resonated with…but I have to say the second you said stop talking down on yourself through other peoples words! That clicked in my head the most, I struggle with that heavily I went from 165 to 185 within a year, for once I’m not so skinny, and went from sleeping on the couch to getting my own apartment years later with a studio that I worked hard for, and still feel like crap but it’s because I keep hearing other peoples words in my head and not recognizing that I came so far to give up now, bless fam
