BTCC 2001 - Round 13 & 14 Knockhill

My next upload from BTCC land is from 2001 and its the annual BTCC highland fling as the series headed for Knockhill, Scotland for Rounds 13 & 14. This meeting saw 2 drivers make their debuts firstly in the main Touring class Brazilian GT racer Tommy Erdos made his debut in the ABG Motorsport Lexus. Meanwhile in the production class GR Motorsport fresh off their debut win last time out thanks to a young driver by the name of Mat Jackson handed a debut to a local rookie making his BTCC debut named Gordon Shedden that name sounds very familiar doesn't it.

The Season Review is on here too and is very well edited, however the behind the scenes stuff from the original programmes is great🙂 Interesting point that Charlie Cox makes about carrying on when the power steering fails, given that Thompson did persist and finish, which wasn't the case with everyone😉
