I didn't even have enough experience for Permanent Spikes and Avatar of Wrath but I still followed this guide and managed to unlock both just in time for the DDT rounds.

I didn't even use Druids (no XP), I just used more Bloonjitsu with a few shinobi upgrades and it actually worked a bit better. Used a dark knight near the entrance too for a bit more damage.

a LOT of people dont have permaspikes unlocked (or even use spike factory, myself included) so I recommend using the 2-0-3 spike, and 3-0-2 spike, and then at rnd 95 place down a Spirit Of the Forest (2-5-0) Druid

I had to deviate from this strategy at the point where he got permaspike and the final upgrade for the druid. I didnt have those unlocked yet to i went with max level ring of fire and the cannon tower that stuns moabs. I also threw in a sun super monkey for good measure
