They fear letting him speak because his ideas are uncomfortably close to those of the mob of mental toddlers baying at him. He wants to restrict free speech - so do they. He is a collectivist, who wants to expand the role of the state at the expense of personal freedoms - so are they. He wants to the state to interfere in the operation of industry - and so do they. He wants to treat people differently under the law, based not on the content of their character, but upon the colour of their skin - and so do they. Like those of the mob, Spencer's ideas are the antithesis of the liberal values of "Limited government, personal freedoms, self-reliance and free markets" that have made the west great.

I hate the far-right and virtually everything to do with them. I despise Spencer and everything to do with him. Although, since the times of the Greek senates and Athenian establishment of democracy, the success of a government and nation has typically depended on opening your ears and not your sheaths. I will listen to the speakers on account of the reasoning behind free speech, but never agree with them. You must listen first, to deny them later.
