@ Personally, Location is important too but priority is the size of home for Comfort. No point staying at good locations but unit is too Small and cramped especially for families or those who are thinking of having children somewhere down the road. Cramped flats with children around leads to quarrels often and general unhappiness due to Space Constraints.
