I am so thankful for Bang PD in so many ways. 1st because he formed BTS and really believed in them from the beginning. For being a father to them and not just a boss. For having a vision which is not centered on earning alone. For being innovative and giving the boys their creative freedom. For being the boys no. 1 fan, supporter, he never left them or any of his artists. Where can you find a boss that acts the way Bang PD do when he's with his artist. This is special and I love that management (Bang PD) allowed the BTS boys to speak up frankly of what they don't like and give them freedom to play (not just practice). Bang PD is so grateful to the BTS boys who stuck by him at a time his company was going bankrupt, and through their own sheer union, BTS rosed up beyond Bang PD could even fathom possible for his business. At the same time, Bang PD is smart enough to develop the BTS boys' dancing and singing skills with intensive two year training and extensive practicing that go five hours (or more) a day, Bang PD is smart enough to hire the best choreographer director, great makeup and hair stylists, and to aim for the goal that it's the fans that count more than for profit.

I just wanted to say though, I watched the "Rookie Kings" episode (the one where they'r shouting their grievances on the roof top), and there were some different subtitles for Tae's part which explain why Bang PD say "I'm sorry. Can we forget about it": - when Tae and RM met Banf PD at the store, Bang PD said to RM, not Tae, "who's the guy next to you" (explaining why Tae said "remember my name!") - instead of "I don't remember the trainee's days" the subtitles there said "I don't remember the trainees names". So that's why Bang PD was so apologetic.

loved this tribute to Bang Si Hyuk by BTS. As producer and main agent of BTS, Bang understood quite well the the politics and economics of Kpop as most entertainment agencies. What I admire in him is his quest for culture and arts. YES Bts is now a big money making industry, but Bang saw to it that becoming idols will not destroy them as talents and humans. He should trust in what the members can do. He allowed them to expand their talents to areas that they were not used to. Jin from pretty face became a vocalist and balladeer, RM had to develop grace from his lanky height in match those who are natural dancers. He supported Jimin's wish to sing even though he already has a bankable talent in contemporary and hip-hop dance. Suga continues his gift of music production, and boy is he genius in it. Suga is practically an untapped nugget among the Bts. He dances, he sings, he raps, he acts, he can run to match Jk's speed. Suga is a musical genius. He allowed JHope to choreograph, teach and coach Bts to sing and dance that Jhope was able to sow fear among the members and took the dance practice seriously. Despite the rigid training and discipline that just at the beginning but until the present, Bang did not take away the fun from being together that Bts is now... idols, friends and family with one another.
