Yes, you’re right. There is no coincidence when it goes to choose song by BTS. I’m proud of them not only about the dance but the messages too. Thank you for noticed that.

I feel like they picked this song for a reason for real. They see what goes on and they heard about the b.s. that's been going on. They really do speak with their music.

We know that Jungkook actually reads ARMYs comments on social media, and with the in fighting inside the fandom because of the color of a person's skin color. BTS always speaks with their songs and Michael Jackson's Black or White sends a clear message to the world and ARMY!

Welcome back! I love your reactions very much because are very sincere and do not sugar coat things. Please don't change! I do believe that all of the reacters on KZbin YOU are the only one to have understood the meaning of this specific song.

Next time you forget your intro, just pull up one of your old videos to see what it is. We don't mind. XDD I FREAKED TF OUT when I saw they were doing Black or White! I just finished watching another reactor who said he wasn't familiar with Michael Jackson and I was like WHAT? *You are dead to me.* I'm really glad they chose this song as well. Though I still take issue with people calling the racism thing a problem of the fandom. It's a problem of society that also happens to manifest in the fandom. As a Black female on the internet, I know that racism shows up *everywhere* I go (especially in the anonymity of the internet), so ARMY is no exception. But it's not a fandom problem, it's a world problem. It needs to be addressed in ARMY, but not categorized as ARMY, if you get my meaning. I do, however, think this was a very clever way for the boys to address the issue, because of the meaning of the song. It may or may not have been what they intended but I like to think it was.

It is the original audio, I mean, they really danced to black or white n yes, they did it to end the stupid racist war within the fandom, BTS always chooses the peaceful way to speak to ppl like MJ used to 👏

Now if we could just get more acceptance and support for both male and older fans...... it would be great!!!!! I joined a BTS Facebook group and a post asked if I was 15, 16,17, um let me think.......I have a granddaughter that is 15!!!! The stereotype is still in place that most fans are teenage girls, even though the members themselves are no longer teenagers, and the facts, if you look up their fan demographics, do not show that at ALL. Male fans are increasing and the biggest bar in the graph was fans 30-40yr. I don't think the articles on Google made this up so I would love to see more posts that acknowledge this. 😀

you should see the rest of their festa performance then. The other two choices that intrigued me on their performance list is butterfly and whalien 52, out of all the songs they could have chosen to perform from their repetoire, they went with these two. As for Whalien 52 I don't think it's been performed other than their earlier concert back in 2015. If you check out the meaning of the lyrics of these two songs, I think you'll know what i mean by intrigueing. I think BTS is definitely sending out some messages, but problems is are people listening.

TRB in Dallas yes me too. The people who were receiving these hate comments said they tried to talk about it for a long time but people were not paying attention to the issue and they were told to be quiet and just ignore the hate because they are giving "bad image" about the army's... i'm not sure if most of the army's realised the massage of this performance either because most of them at least in twitter are just focusing on ships 🙄

I feel like such a piece of crap Army right now. What is going on? Could someone fill me in on what the hidden message is behind BTS doing "Black or White"? I don't really watch/read the news, but I probably should start. Please don't come for me. I just want to better understand and acknowledge as a fellow Army how amazing BTS is as a group of human beings.
@boredonline976 жыл бұрын
unfortunately, there has been a lot of racism directed towards poc ARMYS(specifically black fans) from within our own fandom. ARMY(or people who claim to be) sent horrible messages and images to them, and it was the worst on Twitter. there are articles about it, if youd like to know more details.but, what is being implied here, is that the boys had heard about the terrible things going on, and this is their way of showing us, that they love us all equally, regardless of the color of our skin, or where we're from
