The music video is about boys falling from their youth and innocence. In the beginning of the music video, Jin was still innocent and throughout the course of the video it talks about how easily young boys are tempted to fall from their pure and innocent states. I guess you could say V was the tempter because in the end his wings are cut from him basically saying he was a fallen angel. The statue that was once an innocent thing now has the wings that used to be V's and when Jin sees them he is immediately drawn towards them, which is symbolizing youth drawn towards bad things. After Jin kisses the statue, things go crazy and he becomes like the rest of his members who have already fallen from innocence when his face cracks.

the rumor is that this is all linked to the demian story, jin is sinclair from the story and v is demian, At the end of Demian (the book), Demian gives Sinclair a kiss as proxy of Frau Eva, Demian's mother, because she said he should do that if Sinclair ever "was in a bad way". I don't exactly know what this means, or if it's sexual in any way. Before this, Demian tells Sinclair that he can no longer help him with Kromer (Sinclair's sin of having shaken hands with the devil). If Sinclair needs help against evil, he is told to find Demian inside of himself. the book sheds a lot of light on the video and concept, and what namjoon said during the break is a line from the book i have a tiny feeling that this connects to the i need u arch but i dont think so

The theory of someone (who is not me) said that the scene where V jumped of the balcony means "the fall of Icarus" which is about the angel Icarus who didn't listen to his father where v killed his father on the I Need You MV and tried to fly and touch the sun...since the sun is hot it melted V's wings and fell into the water. So that's why V has those marks on his back and why in the past MV's he is always seen in the water. So V is the angel statue that has been trying to seduce Jin bec he was pure since all the other members has commited a sin in some way. Can anyone of you tell me how the story of this really goes?
