There is a live band playing during this. The band is behind screens on either side of the stage. They usually aren't visible which is why they're called Ghost. On one tour they did just have them on stage.

The band is live. Baepsae is about the generation gap as well as the pressure young people endure from the older generations. There's a dope dance practice for this song... so funny! I can't get over Jimin's jump when he's front of the Idol's choreo! He is from another galaxy!

The guys give there all and then some... bare in mind this is just 15 mins of roughly a 2 hour concert lol how they do it i dont know all i know is they never want a single fan to leave disappointed when it could be their only chance to see them live in concert 💜 This has a live band you just cant see them they are at either side of stage... they are incredible 💜

That's unfortunately the case with pretty much every concert except for when there's only a center stage, but because of set up it's not feasible.

yeah, I've only been to one with a centre stage (out of about 40 different concerts), and it was Metallica when they were shooting "In the Never" Movie. Or you have festivals that can hold a huge amount of people, I've been to the festival grounds in Indio, CA that does Coachella, it was 80,000 people there. With BTS, centre stages are not ideal setups or feasible as you said with the amount of pyro they do, LED Screens and costume changes. And the only sold out concerts I've been to though was Metallica (3 times) and U2 - every other artist there was no point in even trying to open that area up. I don't remember which concert it was, but there was one that did open the back up (might have been Green Day) and had scaffolding in the back for the artist......but it wasn't an ideal set up and I've never really seen that again. (hoping I can add BTS concert to the very short list of sold out concerts soon!)

I realized this was in Japan when they started singing Fire in Japanese. The second song you were asking about Bapsae has an incredible live version you should react to. It has the lyrics. One of their most political songs but really fun choreography. (There’s a dance practice video for it which is them being goofy that’s good but I prefer the actual live performance of it). Most of the medley initially was songs they did in their live band tour. The "dope" song has an MV it is about how they going to make it but "baepsae" is only live performances and it is a political social song..but this version of the medley is the Japanese version

Dope was in Korean, but the other three were the Japanese versions. Baepsae doesn't have an MV; there is a dance practice video that is awesome because as good as they are, they're goofing off the whole time as well. BUT! You HAVE TO WATCH the DKDKTV explanation video for Baepsae. It is probably their most political song and there are a lot of Korean cultural references that you need to know to understand just how genius it really is. :) There are versions of this, or similar medleys, all in Korean as well, if you want to hear the original versions of the songs.
