When I listen to this song, I can picture him or myself in an empty room, laying down on the bed, looking at the ceiling and reminiscing good memories with people that he or I love. Jungkook’s voice is so sweet, full of emotions (pain, loneliness, emptiness, boredom, etc) but still very sexy/seductive. His voice is like a warm hug that pulls you in, embraces your lonely soul at a cold rainy night with so much love and reassurance. The sound effects on his voice at the beginning and end along with the fullness in his voice through the middle of the song create a 3D space/atmosphere in my head, just like how the room is so quiet that you can hear your own thoughts speaking to you from distance. Another image is that I’m in a coffee shop, the weather is gloomy, it’s raining outside, feeling chilly. People just mind their own business and I feel like I’m invisible, getting lost in my own world. This song is sad but so comforting. The lyrics are beautiful, poetic, romantic, and touching. It’s sad to the point I couldn’t stand staying home anymore and decided to drive to somewhere else. Again, listening to this song on repeat the whole time until now. Saying all of this, I still don’t feel it’s enough to describe how much I love this song and of course Jungkook’s honey voice.

I think the intro and the outro is supposed to sound like you’re listening to it through a old time radio so that you get the interpretation that you’re going into the song yk? I don’t know how to explain it but when his voice sounds more clear it really does feel like you’re sitting in a cafe where jungkook is on a stage singing this jazzy song and it’s raining outside. More or less taking you to this other world. And then it goes back to the old radio sounding music where you’re transported back to where you were.

this song made me picture a room, all lights flashed out as the the rain and thunder sounds outside my room. hence, it felt sentimental and nostalgic, as if he was my older brother singing this to me after i went through some breakup. embraced in his arms as i sobbed. “give me a hug then”, “crying radiant tears, in the night sky”. those two lines hit me hard, i suffer from anxiety and get scared incredibly easily, i tend to overthink everything, and i can’t seem to stay in the present. i feel as if i was alone, my parents are always busy and always have such high-expectations of me, an 80% mark on a test would give me a 2 week grounding. i am actually grounded right now. JK could open up to us through music and through words, he is genuine to us army’s. i would like him to keep doing what he loves, and not for army’s, he’s perfect the way he is. most of you guys won’t see this, but if you do, thank you for reading through this. no need to drop a like ❤️

I would say that this song is very indescribable by words. I think everyone feels something different, but can relate to what others feel. To me, I picture lots of blue tones. Especially that kind of dark heavy blue. Lonely night. Stars at the night sky, wishing to be with someone you love. Missing them. It's surprisingly not uncomfortible. It's not heavy on your soul. More like the opposite, it makes you feel kind of lighter. It's nice. But also being somewhere with people where are still some blue tones, but more orange and red. Like a bar for example.
