The clip at 14: 40 where JHope screamed at what was on the laptop. It was a trick that staff played on the members during a Bangtan Bomb Episode. They were told they were taking a test on the computer but in the middle they flashed a really scary image with scary music to scare the members. The staff was actually were weirded out by JK and V's non-reaction to it like they didn't even blink. It's something Koreans do especially celebrities or kpop idols and is done in Japan as well. Most females as well as male idols are asked to do this on entertainment shows or variety shows. It's a hard concept to explain to westerners. Some idols seem to have a love/hate relationship with it as most find it cute or funny when others do it (sometimes, I guess it just depends on if the person can pull it off or not) but some are embarrassed to so therefore they dislike being asked to do so. It just depends on the person I guess.

Yes Jhope was a street dancer. He was from this crew called “Neuron” which he raps about in ChickenNoodleSoup. He was famous in the field as “Smile Hoya”. The other members hve said that during their trainee time, ppl were surprised tht they had jhope in the team as he was famous among streetdancers and groups as a legend!

Yes he was a street dancer when he younger. Was with a dance crew called Nueron, from his hometown Gwanjau. He is say the name of his dance crew in "Chicken Noodle Soup!" He went to audition for another company that turned him down. However he was caught by BigHit several hours later still practicing. Talk about dedication. That is Jung Heoseok! a.k.a. j hope or his other nickname Hobi!!! So yeah he was a street dancer. Check out "Hope on the Street" where he post short dance videos all the time...including the "In My Feelings" challenge.

I am BY FAR no expert on dance and how it's learned, anybody with experience please feel free to educate me. But what makes sense to me is that perhaps jhope uses sounds to track movements because of his street dancing roots. I assume since it would have been mostly freestyling, he'd be more wired to react to how the beats of the music sounds, rather than counting preplanned steps like in choreographed dance styles.

Yes, Hobi used to be a street dancer. He sometimes uploads freestyling sessions on vlive or twitter called "hope on the street." I think he's absolutely brilliant and one of the few idols that can actually freestyle without choreo. Chicken Noodle Soup pays homage to his roots in street dance (it was a meaningful song to him when he started dancing).

You should react to DRUNKEN TIGER, who is practically the Godfather and legend who brought true hip-hop to Korea. Songs by him such as "YET" and "MANTRA" are masterpieces and you can tell he's an OG and highly respected in Korean hip-hop. He did a song called "TIMELESS" featuring RM, where they discussed creating music that will last as opposed to commercial gain. In that song, he asked RM to brag about all he's gained, but he instead referenced Tiger's previous releases and talks about how big of a musical hero he is to him, saying his music will continue to last throughout time and inspire many others.

This album is again inspired by great literature, or more exactly said by Carl Gustav Jung’s (a famous psychologist and psychoanalyst) psychological concept. Persona is one part of the three of personality, persona is like the mask we put on for social and daily life. “Persona” was also the word in The first Theaters (like in the Roman Empire) for also the “mask” actors put on . It has to do with meeting expectations. There is also th ego and the shadow. This concept resembles Freud’s concept of Id, Ego and super-ego. That’s all I remember with my school and uni knowledge about philosophy and psychology 😉

That hoodie was fresh from the Louis Vuitton runway that season. I remember thinking, "Damn, they just had the show in Paris a minute ago!" It's also $6500. And note that BTS don't do deals with designers or Houses. They pay for what you see them wear, with the exception of the Chanel jewelry, accessories and, clothes, that Karl Lagerfeld personally gifted them when he invited them to see Coco Chanel's apartment. RM is known for wearing and collecting Visvim, that he pays for, as does V with his Gucci addiction and Jimin with YSL. Edited to add: The last deal they did was with PUMA, and I think the experience turned them off because they are so much about personal expression and doing what they want, and the PUMA deal had them all wearing the branded stuff constantly. I think they got sick of it.

They're still with Puma as far as we're aware, and they recently signed with Fila. They do brand deals but they're not your typical brand deals. Which is why they usually call them ambassadors of the company they're dealing with. Pretty much this means they do have to wear or show them using said product ect. but only at certain times or for certain things(like the puma fansign). They didn't have to wear puma that often it just might have seemed like it because they genuinely liked the clothes and they still wear them. It's the same with Coke and Hyundai. It's not a typical brand deal where they're made to wear/use this stuff a lot. Though with Hyundai they were gifted the palisades and they still use them pretty much for everything- to be fair that's a useful product for them though.
