probably cos the boy in luv choreo was a little softer than their hardcore songs.

tbh, this is really powerful even if we compare to their previous songs, the only ones i know that are as powerful or even more powerful dances than ON are Not Today, We are Bulletproof pt2, Fire and Dionysus (maybe N.O too but I'm not too sure on that)

On the comment, that BTS finally has powerful dancing, I think sometimes when dancers react to choreography, they forget that they have to dance, sing, and rap, for a couple of hours for their concerts. They go hard in most of their dancing, but it’s a lot that they have to do. Whatever the song calls for is what they do.

They worked with ULCA Brass marching band / dancers called THE LAB and gospel choir which they filmed this in world famous LA DAM, I’ve lost count how many times I’ve seen the video.
