Love how you guys react on your channel, l'm new to your channel. I've been watching a lot. BTS was in L.A. doing this MV I'm Army also 59yrs old in USA, Army comes in all age😅 I met BTS when I was going through cancer treatment, wanted to give up. But BTS lyrics let me know I was worth fighting for, so I kept fighting and it's been 3 years and I'm still alive an cancer free. Army and life. When you guys get a chance you don't have to react to it, but pull up a BTS live concert and watch it. If you can't find the concert in English still watch, you'll still feel the power of BTS love. BTS is from South Korea, all males have to do mandatory military service for 18mos-2yrs. So each member decide to do solo albums because they was enlisted at different times and couldn't sing as a group, each member has a list before they're 30. AGES: RM-29 JIN-31 SUGA-30 JHOPE-29 JIMIN-28 V-27 JUNGKOOK-26 JIN, JHOPE, SUGA already enlisted RM, and V will enlist 12/11/23 JIMIN and JK will enlist.12/12/23 All BTS members be enlisted at same time The younger members wanted to enlist early so they can get it 😊over with so the group can be back together in 2025....that's love, BTS it's a group but family. BTS is on a hiatus but their still winning awards while in military and solo albums. Because Army's has their back 💯 we won't see BTS until 2025 but we'll still be voting on music, steaming songs, buying merch, buying albums we don't have in collections, watching Run BTS, videos, gaming BTS games, etc. Army's...We Will Wait for BTS 2025

Although Jk isn't my "favorite" he absolutely gets big props for this. From his vocals to his dancing, along with the meshing of all 7 members... so freakin beautiful. My favorite from him and one of my favorites from BTS as a whole. Black Swan has always been my favorite, but this was so well done.

ON has been one the most played song for me. So much energy. BTS was so prepared to stun everyone with live performance of this song/choreo, but the pandemic hit & they couldn't do that. Hence most of ON performances were recorded or for virtual audiences. still great but the boys felt so empty without live audience cheering. (Little tips-Would be better if you turn on the English caption so you get what the lyrics are too & would love their sonhs more :)

I personally love the 2nd one just slightly the most, but I love them all so mucH!!! So different! I prefer 3 and 4 live! And I resonate with the 4th one the most. The 4th one is from 2016, but the other three are from 2013-14 if I'm not mistaken. I really hope they'll do a cypher pt. 5 one day!

I think the boys would agree with you that this song is the one with one of their most passionate and challenging dance performances. They gave us some amazing stages of this song throughout the pandemic and they were crushed they didn't get to perform it in front of a live audience - it released JUST before covid started. I think my fave version of ON is the one on Jimmy Fallon show in Grand Central Station but also the one where they hired out the whole of Seoul Olympic Stadium. I hear you also saying you enjoy hearing more of the rap too. In terms of live performances, one of my fave rap-heavy live performances is the rap line (RM, suga, jhope) doing a medley of their cyphers. Cypher medley is such a hype performance. Also love hearing people talk about BTS in my own Aussie accent- BTS are too underrated in Aus compared to rest of the world!

In case you don't know lyrics plays a huge part in every BTS songs and if you can't seem to find subtitles or it unavailable, they is two solution Either react to the mv and lyrics video separately Or type the title and add eng sub at the end, for example "no more dream" write no more dream mv English subtitle on the search bar, and it no more dream is their debut song follow by bullet proof pt2 but only no more dream that doesn't have eng sub that is from the original channel.... Looking forward to more of your reaction in the future 💜

Is there a reason you listened/watched it without subtitles? Are you gonna rewatch with reading the lyrics? This song is from Map of The Soul 7 and has great lyrics tying in with the concept of the album and other songs like Persona, Shadow and Ego. I really hope you do a rewatch with lyrics since that is one of the main parts of why we love BTS. Even if you aren't able to catch all the lyrics at a first watch you can still always have the CC on when you watch the MV's. P.S. Just don't ever keep CC on if it says "Auto Generated" when you press the CC button on a video, that means there are no CC added and you will get very wrong subtitles, if any. D.S.

Something cool that kpop artists do but you might want to check out is that they post dance performance videos. Some of them are more "serious" while others they have more fun with. I always loved watching them to really focus on their dance. Even then their outfits are usually thought out.

Great response to this film, guys. You might be interested to watch the 'making of' video too. And, yes, everything is deliberate. Of course they have stylists. It's a cliche, but of course BTS are consummate professionals. They work in whatever they are put in, unless there is a significant safety issue. This was filmed at the Sepulveda Dam, which I think is near LA (but I can never remember!) - and it was Hot! The dancers (Hobi hates to call them "backup" and I agree) are a group (again form LA I think) called the Lab, and the girl at the front (Sienna Lalau) is the choreographer for this - she was only 19 then. They have all worked with BTS since this as well. I think she also did the choreo for Run BTS performed at their Busan concert last year. That is also HARD! Since you are so impressed by the camera work in this, check out the MV for Save Me, which was filmed on a beach, in the rain, in one take, with one camera. BJ had hardly any funds and could not at the time afford more, but the cameraman was epic - he had to have his own choreography as well!

Check out Anthony Ray's reaction to this, his BTS reactions are top notch, you guys might like him. He's a big rap and rock fan, and is a tatted up "manly man" kinda guy lol. He was skeptical of BTS at first, but got into them through their rap work and became a big fan. Just to give you more perspective on Army, I am a 74 year old American woman who has been living in Europe for 35 years, the last 25 in Sweden with my Swedish husband. I encountered BTS in 2017 and there has not been a day that I have not watched something BTS related since then. In this On performance they are in Los Angeles, California at the Sepulveda Damn. They said that the day was really hot and it made their dancing quite a challenge. You should watch black swan its one of their best songs, honestly i think that song deserved a grammy nomination over dynamite its a deep song with a very aesthetic music video & i think as artists you would appreciate the meaning of it but def make sure subs are on :) & i would also suggest outro tear too, its technically a bts song but with only the 3 rappers who wrote it when they were struggling and contemplating breaking up. love your reactions btw (also not bts but lies behind your eyes does a rock version of fake love that i think you'll like)

If I can recommend you a method to enjoy/=appreciate BTS even more, you should deep dive in the songs: first of all lyrics are important, BTS songs have deep and touching lyrics (they saved my life, I know what I'm talking about) all their MV's have behind the scenes footage - it is so inspiring to see them do these amazing music videos - spoiler, they are perfectionist! Also there are dance practice videos of their choreographies, without cuts and edits - WOW....and please do live performances of the songs, as they are ALWAYS better than the studio versions. Especially if it is for special occasions, like award performances or TV shows. They always add some extra to it. ARMY doesn't mind long reactions, we enjoy watching people get their sock blowing off 🤣💜

Another note: One of you is only listening with one earphone and most of the time their production is so epic that you're not getting the full experience one earphone, unless you have a studio quality sound system in the room. For instance you missed the panning they do from side to side in a lot of their music. Sometimes it's the adlibs only on one side, etc. This is an epic anthem and you guys totally miss the meaning/message of the song without having subtitles on.
