The song is actually DEEEEEP. Look at the lyrics. Spine breaker is actually an expression used when old people works too hard to earn a living for survival, they hurt their back (spine) and this expression is common in asian countries. BTS is criticizing the youngsters/people who live off their parents money to stop breaking their parents' back (spine), stop putting weight and burden on their parents by asking for cool expensive stuff when they can't afford them. when the parents are struggling, stop trying to act cool with your branded padded jacket and what not, who are you trying to fool... BTS tell this in a funny way but so direct it burns as they are criticizing these type of people

Spine Breaker is another one of BTS songs that speaks up about social injustices. I hope you guys take time to hear, read and understand the lyrics as it is quite deep. Also this parody style MV was created as one of their tasks/missions for their BTS GAYO series (Ep 15). Their mission was to chose a song, allocate roles to members and make a MV with what they had in hand and in the location of their hotel, this MV is the result of their creation.
