So remember guys, the lyrics for their solo songs have nothing to do with the storyline, mostly; some of them do, some of then don’t... I hope you payed close attention to Lie lyrics, for example 😬 Just thought it would be a good idea for you to hear the entire song and react to the lyrics since you have not heard most of them and the short films use their tracks sparingly. So it's more about the inner conflict of your own thoughts about yourself, due to the way other people may perceive you. One thing that Jimin always made clear is that he doesn't like when he's being misrepresented as something that he's not. He doesn't want people to take it wrong, to keep putting him in a box. But unfortunately, many people keep spreading false narratives about him so maybe that can be a reason for the song.

That painting was Suga’s portrait. Fun fact: that’s actually drawn by Jungkook. So these lyrics aren’t part of the storyline, they’re personal. Begin was written by Jungkook for his hyungs (BTS) He literally was so young when he joined BigHit and BTS (he was 13 years old). So this song is basically a message for BTS, Jungkook saying thank you to them for taking care of him and raising him. RM said that they cried when they heard this song. Lines “I can’t stand you crying, I want to cry instead, although I can’t” and “I feel like I’m going to die when hyung is sad, when hyung is in pain, it hurts me more than I’m in pain” actually RM talked about it. He said that it was his first time seeing Jungkook cry. Jungkook then said: “ I’m ok with packed schedules and practices, I’m used to that, but what I can’t stand is when my hyungs are in pain and sad, bcs I can’t do anything for them” He’s so precious About Lie. Jimin is so self critical, he wasn’t that confident in the beginning. This song is actually sad. He’s talking about his self monster. He used to practice very hard, he almost didn’t sleep and eat. When he was a trainee he decided to go on a diet, he said that he was so excited that he realized he was eating one meal for 10 days. By Lie he means that inner monster or that perfectionist side of him. That he tries to escape from that but it got bigger. That’s my favorite Jimin song so far, I mean I cry every time when I’m reading these lyrics. Just a small correction, I think you mixed up the song about Begin a bit. Jungkook didn’t write Begin, it was written by Namjoon. The conversation you mentioned is what inspired the song. The members cried over what Jungkook said, not the song. It was that conversation which Namjoon used to write a song from Jungkook’s perspective.

I love this song so much the lyrics are just beautiful but man wait to you see JK live.... the footwork is something else lol 💜 this is a link for it kzbin.info/www/bejne/n5myhqyfptuZnrM This is a fancam focus i believe so the audio isnt perfect but for his dancing its the best and my own favourite visually. There is some other videos available with better sound but the dancing isnt as clear and at some of the best bits back up dancers come in front of him and block the view ( sorry no offence meant to any backup dancers you are also awesome lol) 💜 what to say about Lie... the vocals are just stunning in every way. The live is the same 💜

I recommend watching BEGIN's presentation of JUNGKOOK by Garcon I recommend them to you since the ones you get are sometimes not recorded with a good camera angle and this one does have a good focus on the artist, which is what is needed.
