The original singers of this song is the band, The Police, particularly the vocalist, Sting. Its from the 80's, "Every Breath I Take". Then made additional revisions and revived by Puff Daddy. And now, BTS is singing it. They killed it! As always they can sing anything and give justice to the song. Luv it! 💜

I didn't know the original "I'll be missing you" before, I was only familiar with the original "Every Breath You Take", but I think even that I got to know the context of the original song after it, the way they have put so much emotion on this performance delivered me the feeling and the message

I enjoyed all of the 3 performances. This is the 2nd time BTS has covered an English song this year (2021) for MTV Unplugged it was Coldplay’s “Fix You”. Now for BBC Radio 1 “I’ll Be Missing You”, with RM doing the opening rap in English like the original and Suga and J-hope substituting Korean lyrics for their parts. My personal opinion, Jimin is the MVP for Faith Evan's high notes. Special Shout out to The Police, Sting, Puff Daddy/P. Diddy, Faith Evans, 112. 90s Vibe. Tribute to B.I.G. and ARMY in present time.
