So, the two paintings that you see in order are: The Fall of the Rebel Angels, and then when V jumps off, that's The Fall of Icarus. The idea is that V is the devil, and when Jin kissed the statue, it was representative of V. Jin made a deal of some sort with V (the devil) and thus was tainted, causing him to crack at the end. There is another theory around the idea that V is Icarus, who flew too close to the sun after being told by his father (RapMon/Daedalus) not to do so. Thus his wings melted. I'll track down the theory again for you, and edit this when I find it.

Also, to add, "Man muss noch Chaos sich haben. Um einen tanzenden Stern gebaren zu konnen." @ 5:45 is German for "One still needs to have chaos. To be a dancing star." This music video is full of art and detail (and choreography!) that blows my mind! KPop really is much more elaborate than the music we have here... Some analysis of the video includes: "If BTS' past releases were focused on youth and how adolescent represented the "most beautiful moment in life" (the titles of their last EPs), their latest music video has the guys embracing the more complex and darker elements of the world. The most poignant moment comes when Jin finds a white, concrete angel with a black wing-a typical metaphor to represent how nothing is perfect-and is compelled to kiss it. Cut to V posed with wings ripped out of his back-once again, seemingly to indicate the acceptance of imperfection that an angel could lose his wings." Essentially, they are embracing the darker side of art and how it is not complete without it. The story in itself is a little harder to break down, though! The storyline it follows within the Wings album may help (the previous songs & mvs) but they probably have a higher chance of more confusion haha. Art isn't something you can simply UNDERSTAND. You feel it. BTS does a REALLY good job at this :)))))
