BTS: BT21 Universe Episodes 5-8 REACTION!

I think Suga went into this with his usual super chill and casual attitude and just figured that the designers would piece together something. He focused more on just expressions rather than an actual animal or character seeing Jimin was already doing a puppy. He actually drew a few little figures that kind of resembled characters already out there so the designers probably had to steer his creation towards something more unique and more suitable for the group ( JK had already draw his bunny with a cookie in his hand so maybe that was the connection they needed). Honestly I think Suga was at ease with just going with the flow and trusting the designers.

I remember watching this series and thinking did the designers see JK’s cookie and some of Suga’s face drawings and think “hmmm grumpy/serious expression combined with soft sweetness of a cookie, this seems to be very much like Min Yoongi” 😂

RJ is genius actually, if you look at the way Jin is written in Hangul it's 진. Now turn the syllable and you will see R and J :D

I don’t think he meant it like that exactly lol, it’s actually because “al” in alpaca is spelled like “알”, and that sounds like the English letter “R” when they say it in Korean. And then ofc J for Jin.

fun fact jungkook's dad and brother are also talented artists, jk once tweeted a portrait his dad made of him that was soooo photo realistic and beautiful, while his brother used to post on instagram random art work of bangtan, so art is a talent that runs in his family

I think Yoongi's first designs were a little similar to Jin ones, he draw a fluffy puppy like his dog Holly, and after that he tried to sketch a lot of different things but didn't had a final decision. So I think the cookie idea came entirely from the designers using some of his sketches, and being close to JK's character maybe was because of it being named Cooky idk, I'm not sure about this last one 😂

I think you're right, plus JK had added a cookie to some of his drawings because of the name so they decided to combine that with the facial expression drawings Yoongi had done.

BT21 universe creation actually really inspired me to draw more so they hold a really special place in my heart Edit: If you ever do want to make your own BT21 characters remember to create as many versions as possible to get bigger inspiration

Initially Suga just drew a bunch of faces with no actual shapes to them, lol. So they literally took his faces and put a circle around them. 😆

I wanted to offer an explanation in case it seems that they're just being mean to J-hope. J-hope took the name of his character, "Mang," from the Korean word "huimang" which means "hope." However, from what I understand (I don't speak Korean) "mang" on its own can mean "fail/failure." So whenever they joke about his character being a failure, they're really just making bad puns, not taking shots at J-hope himself. That's why even he says it at one point.

I really hope you watch the rest of BT21 sooner rather than later....it has been so long since you did the first ones if it is that long again I worry you will not remember what was happening etc. I think others have said but Suga first just drew a bunch of facial expressionless and JK drew a cookie with his character so they took Suga's expressions and added them to the cookie to make his character.
