Korean men are very comfortable with a physical affection with each other. It is one way to show their closeness; friendship. Also it can be friendly prank and part of playing when they smack butts or poking them. nothing sexual and it’s very common in Korean culture. Most of them are very comfortable with expressing physical affections esp if they are from other regions like busan (JK & Jimin) daegu (V &suga)), gwangju (JHope). RM and Jin are from near capital (Seoul) region so they are less physical than others.

This is a gree sense of closeness and bond Even if you're not a men or woman.if you're close to coreans. We naturally hold hands . It's not a stranger behavior. We touch our hips to cheer up when we're having a hard time. Touch you're butt when you're cute or pretty. Thank you for this explanation. This is not so different in certain "Western" communities, it's a show of affection. If someone I wasn't close to tapped me on the butt they might get smacked back or at minimum very strong and disapproving words. But I have sister-cousins (I am an only child) and we do this regularly. Where I don't see it in Western society is among men except for the occasional butt tap to say "good job" and usually only related to sports. It's just not "the norm" to be as physical (touchy); the affection is shown in other ways ... I guess? But I have come to the conclusion that it's a different culture and it shows their closeness and affection for each other, just as you have said. I don't really hold to what is "normal" for me as the same as what's "normal" for other cultures. People are diverse, what I like, you may not. Is anyone being hurt or damaged or is there potential of someone being hurt or damaged knowingly or unknowingly? No? Then be as affectionate as you please. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

j-hope nearly left BTS during the early years. He didn't get alot of affection from the fans unfortunately. He took a day away to see how his life would be without BTS and he came back. The members were very sad and didn't want him to leave, maybe subconsciously they still remember that time. Of course now Hobi's one of the most popular members and loved by millions of ARMY. 💜

I think Hobi has a very nice body with the least body fat, slim with tight muscle definition and beautiful skin.
