Joon on his Vlive about the album said when he reached Dionysus (produced by Pdogg), so he could start working on writing lyrics for it, he said: “The introduction part… I wrote this part, and was knocked down. Supreme Boi or whoever! Please help me! I passed the buck. Then our relief pitcher came up. j-hope. I guess j-hope wrote the rest part mostly. I don’t know what happened afterwards but he did a great job. I was amazed by his ideas. I am not good at such things. He did a great job. Great job! Suga’s rap was like a piece of art. Everyone did well like in a battle. Like a dragon and a tiger”. Basically he is saying other than joon and Yoongi’s rap parts, and the intro (by joon), Hobi did the rest of the lyrics. They also said in the release event that Hobi wrote the main melodies and that Hobi even changed them around 20 times in the process of making the song. Love Joon’s battle reference about how everyone’s contributions, either huge like Hobi or just a rap verse by Yoongi, instrumentation provided by Pdogg & shaped to what was needed, Joon’s part, etc., all fit together to help them succeed in their battle aka the creation of an amazing song.

I am ot7, but when it comes to live shows, my eyes always find Hobi because I know he is gonna dance so hard. But my ears are always listening to the backing vocals because lately Jin has been killing me with his high notes. These 7 men mesh so well together, but you can always tell them a part. Yes because apart from the dance break which is legendary (like all their dance breaks!), the cameramen actually understand that bts are dancers as well as singers and show their freaking dance! Unlike this one and so many others unfortunately where you don't even know that they're dancing such technical and complicated dance because you never get to see it!! GRRRRR 😡

Jin's high note is saying "han ip". This song is a masterpiece. When I got the album and heard this song, my first thought was "if they do choreography for this, it will be amazing."
