There are so many things you notice About sakshma - she slayed her Indian accent - she gave respect to entire group by asking them questions in their age manner - before that show tradition she asked their permission - she complemented V's voice, Jooni's outstanding intellectual speech talent, Jin vocal talent, efforts and hardwork, JK's hair, hobi's pure nature, Suga's struggle, and jimin's confidence 😘 About BTS- - even they're tired they put smile when camera pointed them❤️ - jk has that desi accent (watch him saying namaste) - V literally flustered because at last someone asked him about his UNIQUE Voice - Finally someone conveyed ARMYs real emotion about Jin's talent - members felt comfortable because the question quite made for their personalities and experience which is great.

I live in the US, and many past interviews have been awful; often disrespect, bordering on xenophobic. Thankfully it's improved somewhat, especially since their latest trip to NYC with their president. She was amazing, allowing each member to answer in an intelligent and introspective manner as well as letting them show their humbleness and lovely souls. Bravo! 💜👏🏻💜

I think we can all confirm that this was one the best interviews bts has ever gotten. I loved that she didn’t skip any of them she asked one by and the questions were very interesting and fun. I also love how she complimented each one of them. She really feels like an army. I knew there had to be something weird with the translation. Does Tae speak a dialect or something? There have been several moments in other videos where the members have commented that he slipped into dialect. My husband is from Guatemala and speaks Spanish and Qjanjobal. So. It may be an issue where he didnt quite understand the translation. This seems to happen alot. Does anyone know?

@@FatNebraskaMom yes, he has pretty heavy one and when they first started I remember interviewers like making fun of him and saying he doesn’t speak Korean well. :/ But I think it’s just funny to them because most Korean media is in Seoul dialect because it is considered the “standard” way of speaking. But only RM and Jin are from Seoul area so all the rest had to kinda retrain their dialect. But now that they’ve lived in Seoul for over 10 years when they speak in their home dialects it’s usually to make the others laugh. And sometimes because Tae just doesn’t care about what people expect. Lolol.

Okay I came to watch this because of the supposed controversy happening with this interview but I can see absolutely nothing wrong with it. In fact, please please PLEASE let Sakshma interview BTS again and other music groups as well!!! She's such an amazing interviewer and actually asked them well-thought-out questions. It's also so obvious that they were comfortable with her, and I think its somewhat because she radiates true army energy. She's well versed in their concepts, eras, and even said she watches lots of their dance videos. She's not just listening to the first 10 seconds of the song like a lot of other interviewers and claiming to know it, or asking them what western artist they want to collab with. Also, a smaller but super important detail-she knew all of their names! Not to mention that she also knew very specific things about each member! Thank you so much to Sakshma for taking the time to ask BTS thoughtful questions, making them feel comfortable, and overall being a fantastic interviewer! Army purples you!

This is one of the best interviews of BTS I have seen. Her questions were very thoughtful and interesting. The way she speaks is almost musical. I could listen to her all day. The boys have met their match in charisma and charm!

OMG! so true. Glad someone pointed out about the way she speaks and her charisma. I think that's also one of the reasons why the boys looked so captivated other than her questions and beauty throughout the interview without zoning out. And she's only 23 and born in Feb, 1998, thus even younger than all the members of BTS. Yet she talks so maturely and respectfully. It goes to show that mental maturity is independent of one's age. It might also be because Indian culture is pretty spiritual and philosophical. Btw she is also a finalist of Miss India 2016, where she also won beauty with brain title. And she is a trained dancer, a dance instructor, actress, model, Film critic and television anchor. This show is her own under Times News Media Network's subsidiary zoom and E-now. She's the director and producer of it and also oversees technicalities. How talented she is. She also has a degree in business and was a topper of her university!!

If people are having problem with this interview, then thats their personal problem. As a neutral person, I don't see anything that is controversial or offensive at all. All i can see is a responsible host and happy artists interacting intellectually. So if anyone finds it troublesome, then it's their problem. They are awesome artists and they deserve all the respect. Their appearance or anything related to their personal life doesn't wash away the fact that they are ruling the world with their talent. All the controversy surrounding this interview can be said to have stemmed from the fact that the interviewer was sort of an easy target for the commenters that are just in creating problems. When you think about it no one shakes up a storm when any interviewers from really popular channels sometimes ask the idols questions that really make them uncomfortable, e.g., one of the most common questions that pops up, is when the idols are asked about the writing process of their songs, when it is well known that most of them perform the songs that are given to them by their management company unless, like in the case of BTS and a few other groups, they specifically emphasize the fact that their songs are written by the members themselves. During this question you can visibly see the distress in their eyes as they struggle to divert the topic while avoiding any awkwardness. You don't see anyone lambasting those interviewers for putting the idols in the spot, when they can certainly be blamed for not doing the minimum amount of research on their guest. On the other we have this interviewer who has clearly done her research and is asking questions tailored to show each member in the best possible light and we find the naysayers coming down on her heavily and misconstruing her past social media presence and using it as ammunition to attack her. The reason they were eager and bold enough to do that is because this channel mostly has a viewership made up of Indians, primarily. For most of world this would be the first time they are visiting this channel because of BTS, so they are unafraid to attack the interviewer. While they do not attack the popular channels from the US or the UK because these channels have a steady viewership made up of people all over the world and always have a steady stream of guests who are as popular as BTS and would not really be hurt by any unfounded attacks on their person. So, this is simple case of cowardly bullies finding a weak target to dump their frustrations on.

american interviewers need to learn from this interviewer. she was so sweet to all of them and included each member in the interview with very meaningful questions. american interviews are very hard to watch sometimes because of how uncomfortable or upset they make bts feel. this interview was very fun and enjoyable to watch because of how respectfully the interviewer treated bts. bts definitely seemed to have a good time and were comfortable in the interview. this interviewer recognized that bts is more than just 7 guys with good looks and amazing talent. she made these questions so meaningful and heartfelt. in this interview, you could tell that each bts member gave such heartfelt, thoroughly thought through, and emotional responses that they appreciated being asked. thank you for not asking idiotic questions and for not saying/asking anything that made bts feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. it makes me happy that bts had fun with this interview and you can tell they appreciated the thoughtfulness of this interview. i can tell bts liked this interviewer and that they were never uncomfortable with her. this interviewer is amazing and very respectful. as an army who cares a lot about bts, i appreciate this interviewer. thank you. i hope to see more interviews with bts from this channel. keep up the amazing work. 💜
