It's a pre-debut single composed and written by leader B.I which really had no promotions except for when they performed it once on a survival show called "Mix and Match." Only iKONICs and people who watched the show are typically the only people who knows the song. The fact that Jungkook and V knows the lyrics can be assumed that they are either fans of iKON or also watched "Mix and Match" and fell in love with the song.
