Hangul is the alphabet and it's actually really easy to learn it's about 30 different characters, I was able to learn how to read it in about 2 days. (Though i know everyone it different with speed of learning) It's learning what the words mean and distinguishing the audio that i think is the hard part. But that's just my opinion 💜💜🙂

Hey Sebastine, it depends on the person and how he/she learns. For me I would rank learning Korean 5/10 it’s not hard but it’s not easy. I know 18 or so Korean phrases or words but I am still learning. When it comes to learning Chinese, Korean, and Japanese (for instance) - there is the alphabet (characters), the written word and it’s translation to learn. For example: 감사합니다 > (gam-sa-hab-ni-da) translates to “thank you”. When practicing, you can say the syllabus quicker each time as you pronounce the word or phrase. With Hangul the letters in the alphabet are different than compared to letters used on the English keyboard. So, “ㄱ” is “g” like (guh sound)but makes a “k” sound in certain words like 검사도 (gam-sa-go). And “ㅋ” also makes K sound like “정국” - Jungkook or “ㅋㅋㅋㅋ” = kekeke which translates to hehehe. For me, I was born in China and I am learning Korean much quicker and find it easier than Chinese. I only know 5 Chinese phrases but it’s still not easy. Again it’s based on the learner and based on the teacher: if you learn from apps like Bable or learn from a professional tutor. Also, one of the best ways to learn a foreign language is being in the country where the person learning is encouraged to speak that language. As you are surrounded by people and the culture, you learn as you go (like ordering food, shopping, travel, etc.).
