yes it would be “unprofessional” in the eyes of the media if they were getting mad over these allegations. they responded correctly to the situation, but we also know that they do respond more aggressively in most of their song with just the rappers in them. we also know that most hate on bts is from being too “feminine” or simply just because of their race. this is not ok and we should stand up for bts so bts doesn’t have too.

@@carolday3381 Hip hop was a genre created by African-American people, do you want a source for my claim? I can provide one, also it became a genre that people of other races added to but the creation and beginning of it started with people of color. The Academy of Music and Sound's website features an article stating that, Hip-Hop originated in the African-American and Latino communities of New York in the 1970s. A previous comment also mentioned jazz and blues, but I'll also add soul as well as r&b to this list. All of these genres that were created and popularized by people of color throughout history go hand in hand with the oppression that people of color faced. There's nothing wrong with acknowledging the truth, even BTS has acknowledged this. Producer Bang Shi-Hyuk stated in his own words, “In terms of music, Black music is the base. Even when doing many genres like house, urban, and R&B; there’s no change to the fact that it is Black music. The boundaries of music genres are being broken globally. We are also embracing this and making it BTS style. "People of other races can still do and of course add to hip-hop/rap and they do (this happens all the time when artists inspire other artists), but they are still respectful of it's origins.

TXT is BTS's little brother group, they are super sweet, and share a lot of fans. Jimin even calls the members of TXT his babies. They love each other, you should watch some of their moments together it is super cute. When i tell you antis and many other people like calling us “the most toxic fandom”, use our name everywhere, know details about BTS, but then come and call us toxic when we rarely respond the same rude way they act towards us, whine about “it’s not all about Bts, it’s not about ARMY, Army’s this, Army’s that, as if they sleep and wake up with our name in their minds (probably), and whine like that when they’re the cause of it. That “this is why they don’t like you guys, this is why people don’t like ARMY” they slip in between, hilarious, trying to guilt trip people. I have seen in other social media apps that people unstan BTS because of Army, which makes no sense. I almost feel they are not real armys and just pose to encourage others to leave BTS. They basically say, oh I love BTS music but I unstan BTS because Army is so toxic. Is it BTS fault they attract passionate fans? How about you just don’t engage in the toxic part of army and get together with the kind gentle crowd of fans that would match BLM and other charities? They even mentioned army friends gave them hell when they were liking other artists. Those are not toxic armys, they are called toxic friends! Lol

@Help me, Xiaojun just keeps stealing my heart ✋💚 it is hard in some ways. And not everyone wants to do that. Plus there's people's taste in music that they like and can vibe to. And there is the bonding between the group and heir fans. Some may find one that they connect with and it keeps them loyal/dedicated to that said group that they can NOT find from others. The feeling is different if you try to get into other groups. Especially the ones that keep having all these members lineup changes or replacement that loses the fans interest later on. Some don't go into groups that expands the number of members such as NCT.(You can read some comments around this group that some folks aren't into the whole concept thing.) So yeah, not many fans are willing to be multistans. They are comfortable with the one groups they're in. But if anything, some will be casual listeners to some of the other groups songs, but nothing more.

It really warms the heart that you took the energy to feel the outrage about how BTS was treated. So many people who have only recently heard of BTS assumed that they just popped out of the ground and stole all those awards and hearts but BTS has been though so much at such young ages too. All this abuse and hate sent towards teenagers with barely any money and a dream?? We're impressed they haven't quit. Thank you for this reaction.

I don’t see how BTS getting postponement is unfair. I know I have a sense of privilege knowing that I Stan BTS, a group who can stay around longer, but these companies make it seem like BTS got exempt from doing military service and they haven’t. It’s only a postponement and instead of complaining about BTS’s success they should promote and focus on their own groups.

It was EXO stans that questioned BTS’ won against their idols that they claimed should’ve won instead of BTS. TXT are juniors of BTS from the same company HYBE formerly known as Big Hit Entertainment while NCT are in good terms if not friends of BTS. FYI, EXO members are also good friends of BTS unfortunately majority of their fans are against BTS and their ARMYs. BTS are level headed and kind hearted people that’s why they don’t result to fistfights and clapping back verbally towards their haters. They use their music to go up against malicious and derogatory remarks and rumors about them and it’s quite hilarious coz those haters with no life at all doesn’t even know how to reply back! Nyahahaha BTS are the greatest performers alive! BTS is the best! There’s nothing like BTS!

That hamburger incident. Imagine disrespecting and humiliating you in a live broadcast but still, you can forgive that man who didn't apologize but only justify his action. Mygoodness, they just really good and humble people. And take note, it is Jungkook who reach out first to that man before appearing in that recent tv show. Do you know that ARMYs are still mad on this host? Dude, they don't forget. But I think BTS attended this event to show to ARMYs that it is time to move forward and forgive. All the other agencies except bighit kept pushing for that law to postpone the enlistment of their artists using bts as a shield, but now that the law is there, they're filing a complaint because no other artists aside from BTS reached the high standards. These companies want what BTS has created without putting in the work. Also, you think BTS plans their career with the cultural merit award in mind? Obviously nope. It's their sincerity and impact from their hard work that got them there.

NO, being more socially aware and not homophobic or misogynistic in lyrics etc does not take away your freedom of speach. You can say whatever the f you want but just because you for example can call someone ugly doesn't mean you should because it is hurtful and understanding what is demening to women and awoiding that does not take away your freedom of speach either. It's always been like this, whether it's about womens rights, black lives etc etc someone always thinks it's gonna take away from something else and are against it. We can move forward, be inclusive without it taking away from someone else. Women having the same rights as men does not take away mens rights, black people having the same rights as white people does not take away white peoples rights and not being misogynic in your lyrics does not take away your freedom of speach it just doesn't hurt and make someones life harder. Lets move toward a more loving and equal world. People, espesially in America it seems, often think that freedom of speach or freedom in general is to go around and do and say whatever no matter how it affects others but just because you are allowed to doesn't mean you should. Same online, people say really shitty things and act in terrible ways and then call others snowflakes or sensetive or say it's freedom of speach but yoou can say things without hurting others, you can be constructive with criticism.

He thought of his grandmother as a parent because she raised him while his parents worked out of town. She wanted to see him on television while the group was touring in the Philippines but she passed away first in Korea suddenly and V could not return for her funeral. He was grief stricken and mourned her death for a very long time.

I don't like when people go into a person's past to pull up past mistakes. Eminem was using drugs, recovering from trauma from his childhood tweny years ago. Obviously, that's not Eminem today. He doesn't still make mistakes like that. However, cancel culture isn't as bad as people think it is. Holding someone accountable for a wrong doing, especially it is still influencing their current product, shouldn't be thought of us getting cancelled. As far as we know, RM's lyrics might actually be better with someone outside of his personal experiences reviewing them. Also, once and for all, can we get off this Freedom of Speech is in danger soapbox? THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT STOPPING PEOPLE FROM SPEAKING. That's the legal and constiutional definition of protecting freedom of speech. In the street, on Twitter, or at your job, you can say what you like but you're going to have to do with the consequences.

The more big you get more people will hate you for your success and be jealous about it. What really disappoints me is that since the beginning and even now Bangtan has always suffered an amount of discrimination and not just that but being rejected not only by some other artist's fans or whatever but by the media and big companies when they clearly don't deserve this and these 7 guys have done nothing wrong. They are such an amazing human beings. I hope someday things change, all that discriminations and the way society judge. For now let's keep walking together holding hands, helping, supporting, comforting and loving each other because it has always been like this, apparently BTS just have ARMY and ARMY just have BTS. 💜

In terms of what you said around 14:00-15:00, I think that if your freedom of speech relies on putting down entire sections of people then you're better off just not speaking. you can say what you want but be prepared to face the consequences. In terms of the misogynistic things, Bts accepted the claims and strove to do better, which is why they still have such a high female population of fans. They then used their platform to empower women and younger female fans in general, which is amazing. So, say what you want, if that offends someone then either decide to ignore it or decide to do better. Like honestly Cancelculture is a joke and I wish it was used more efficiently but since its not I just have to enjoy those that arent blatantly toxic.

Bro I don’t see other Artists change the whole world. And being threatened with death threats like BTS get. They talk about the things social media and society don’t wanna talk about. They have help so many people, and gave so many good advice. The the one says ARMY is toxic we aren’t toxic it the random people who say there army and make comments say there bad. All the army’s i know are true army’s and love and support BTS. It’s the fake army’s that trying to start fights that are causing problems. I am glad that they are choosing to stand up for what they believe. It’s sad the RM said that they don’t feel respected. I respect BTS so much especially after all the things they have been through. Like they said WHERE THERE IS HOPE THERE ARE TRAILS. I am proud to be an ARMY. Who will be with BTS till the end.

The three stars is EXO. It's kind of a bummer because I think the boys get along with them, so it sucks that some of their fans are so shitty. I don't know much about NCT, though I hear their fans are pretty nice. But I know TXT didn't debut until 2019, and they're under Big Hit, so I think Army and their fans are buds.

I’m done with cancel culture and shit. Back then so many people were uneducated and to attack them for it now is just bullshit if you can tell that person’s changed or simply see the fact that they were different times. Honestly I quit social media years ago because everyone is on their high horses and it’s gross. As if we’ve never made any mistakes or said something misplaced.

that was dirty and disgusting. I dont wanna know what is going through the heads of people like that and am amazed that there are so many of them who obviously dont have better things to do with their life than hating on other poeple. I mean, if oyu dont like them, mind your own business and go about your day. but damn.. those fuckers are disgusting. poor Tae

It should. I cried for taehyung when it happened. I lost my granddad a month before he lost his grandma and couldn’t imagine how it must’ve felt to see people act like that. I never thought I’d see “people” actually have the audacity to mock someone grieving a dead loved one, no humanity whatsoever.

There's waaaaaayyyy moooorrreee, I've only been a fan since 2016 but wow, just what I've witnessed is already a lot, so the ones from 2013...etc they always got and will probably get more hate and that's why we should stand together with every harassed living being. ❤
