BTS vocal line is not the K-pop's best vocals, but they are the best vocals while dancing, no doubt about that. And as for their non-dancing vocals, somehow something in their voice is very attractive ( I think it's the emotions), and their songs become addictive. Wow these guys are so professional! The stage is so small, and you can see they have to keep their formations smaller. As a dancer, I know how it's hard to modify movements and formations on the day of, but they did it seamlessly. And the mics were a little breathy too, yet the singing and rapping was very stable. He has a very soulful voice which can growl deeply but when he sings gently, you will virtually tear up. Actually, not the cameramen, but the director. The director is the one controlling what angles we get, the cameramen just follow orders (not that kudos shouldn't be given to them as well). Hi Jim, glad to know that you like BTS's songs. Sad to say that not many people think like you do. Their music speaks to us and touches our hearts. As you must have read the lyrics of their songs, mostly written/produced are so relatable to Army/Fans (Young & Old) coz they sang about Life Struggles, Self-Love, Mental Health, Social Taboos, Youth Problems, Motivation, Relationships, etc. Some Army said BTS has helped them to overcome their depressions, struggles, sickness and they survive because of these 7 hardworking, humble and talented young men. Some people who have not listened to their songs and yet belittled and prejudiced against them. I like to share a YT channel by a Korean "ByStorm" (spoken/subtitled in Eng) which has many creative contents about BTS and "Speak Yourself Project" about Army's true personal n heartwarming stories. We really need more open minded people like you . TBH BTS is huge because they aren’t your average kpop group or boyband . Majority of their music addresses social issues , has deep meaning and messages . They are known to tackle topics such as hate , oppression , generation gaps between the old and young , suicide , bullying , women empowerment , motivation , self love , self hate and self acceptance. They want to be a voice for the youth . However that didn’t mean it can’t relate to adults as well . They work hard to show music has ZERO LANGUAGES BARRIERS AND BOUNDARIES. Music can connect and relate with anyone regardless of age , gender and race . That’s why people support bts , because they are trying to spread a message , etc

South Korea is known for mental health and suicide issues . Bts tackles topics like that are considered to be “ sensitive” in korean media . In a way they are kinda like activists . They want their music to speak up and take a stand on problems like this . Plus they can incorporate a mix between hip hop , RnB , rock , pop , edm , music , etc even Latin pop as well

For an AMERICAN TV show/stage, this camerawork was amazing! America got a certian style of filming that just dont go that well with korean performances and usually mess it up, we saw that on Billboard and AMA's that the camerawork just didnt work with the performance like it would with an american artist, simply a choreo thing, it is understandable because htey do what they are used to, but it dont highlight the artist as it should. But THIS camera crew did amazin, highlighting the right artist at the right moment and just worked with performance, and they deserve a raise!
