Aren't you just proud of Hobi? You could tell his confidence to speak in English has increased tremendously. With time and practice, they'll all be clamoring to speak ahead of the rest.

Yeah, Hobi's comprehension has sky-rocketed, which super-impressed me. He's clearly been working really hard. I'm so appreciative of everything they do to communicate better with ARMY. Their music is enough, so it's really lovely when they go the extra mile. Love our boys ~ 💜

Hobi's our multi-lingual king. He's almost fluent in English, good with Chinese and Japanese (representative for BTS) . I think he learns the languages the fastest and people (when they went to concerts) have said that he has the most accurate pronunciation.

I immediately smiled when I saw how fitting Hobi’s shirt was for our beautiful sunshine!!! I was so proud of not only his English, but I was also so proud of the other members as well. They work so hard not only to learn English, but also other words and phrases in other languages to help feel closer to ARMY all over the world. They all deserve recognition for their enormous English improvements!!!💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙

A couple times in the US Hobi spoke English without RM interpreting the question. So he understood the English and then answered! Plus you could tell it wasn’t memorized phrases-he was answering questions. He always said he wanted to learn English to better help RM during interviews and he did just that!! 💜💜

Hobi is the member of BTS than learn faster, He has talent to speak different languages. Jhope attend a lot of Japanese shows/interview as a representative of BTS, he attended with Jimin or Taehyung, and Jhope did the most talking and he is very natural. Aside from speaking and understanding English and Japanese, a few members of BTS can speak Chinese. That includes Jin and J-Hope, who are pretty fluent in the language. He's really good pronouncing and all just by ear most of the time. It's really impressive. I wouldn't be surprised if in a few years he can speak english. Hoseok just get better and better 😌💜

Hobi our English KING he became so at English I am so proud of him also I agree with you this whole episode could be dedicated to BTS but I am extremely happy THAT James give the whole stage to BTS for their creativity that Grammy didn't give it to them Jamies shows cameraman worked really good in focusing in their performance really thankful to James his team for giving our boys the stage they deserved

I am so proud how much the boys have all improved in their English, speaking so comfortably. Hobi responded so naturally and V, shy as he was, answered well but my ultimate surprise was Yoongi. He said his sentence, short as it was, in perfect pronunciation and intonation.🤯 He has definitely been hiding out on us. I would love to hear him speak more.😄 Also, may I say when V went "Ha, ha!" It was cuteness overload.🤩 Hobi flexing his dance leader muscle saying, "I don't care!" while everyone apologizes. He is a savage dad when it comes to dancing. Then, he melts you with his sunny smile.😄

Dude what about JHOPE??? He speaks english correctly in sentences with out help in natural way, You do realize that right??? He even spoke english on iHeartradio interview with out help from RM, Hobi was so natural with His punctuation sentences, now He's accent maybe a lil rusty but still He did it very well, I'm so proud of JHOPE, notice how all guys listen to JHOPE when he speaks, He must really have train hard learn some english punctuation sentences which is amazing, if JHOPE keep it Up in few yrs he could end Up fluent english in couple years, so I'm proud of our Sunshine Hobie, and not to take away the rest boys especially V & JK who is really in training to learning english now, however V has to think before he speaks into english, but JHOPE didn't have to think when he speaks english he was natural at it, I'm a proud Army, love BTS..🌞💜🥰💜

i'm really appreciative of the fact that english is not your first language. not to take away from multilinguals like when a person is half and half so they speak both languages from a young age, but that you truly grew up with only one language and learnt the second from school or movies or friends etc. like you're able to read subtitles fast and it processes quickly in your head and you understand what they mean. it makes your reactions enjoyable to watch. it's a little bit uncomfortable to me when someone has the cc on and still asks what they mean when the meaning is very clear or refuse to read subtitles because it is too tedious since they're not used to it. and the way you hype up their english like you know how much hard work and effort goes into learning a new language from scratch. you don't laugh at their pronunciation or their little grammatical errors. thanks really for being kind. it's kind of small thing to be thankful for but sometimes people can be mean even if it's unintentional. but yeah (:

Love your excitement and joy for them. I was also delighted to hear more of them being active in the interview - full credit to them, and I think it may be a bit of a relief for NamJoon! I thought James' question about when/if one of them messes up choreography during a show was interesting, but from what I've seen a] it seldom happens b] the messer up and the others are very skilled at covering it and c] afterwards the messer up beats themselves up mercilessly. If it happens during a show they HAVE to set it aside and carry on, because if they let it get to them they will just make more errors. However, I'm damn sure that at some point they'll all look at what happened, not to blame or criticise the messer up, but to figure out why, and whether or not something needs to happen to prevent it repeating, because they are all such perfectionists! Love these bunnies to bits, and so stoked that they are making such an impact at last

My favorite part is Hobi saying “hm.... i don’t care.” I feel like I can see their personalities in this interview when they speak english. I have a feeling it’s because they are comfortable with Corden and how they’re treated behind the scenes by him and staff. They don’t seem stifled.
