BTS j-hope House Tour | Hobi Collecting Luxury Homes Like Pokemon

Reports revealed that Hobi bought two units in the luxurious Afer Hangang in Seoul. He purchased them in cash without a loan.
Earlier reports shared that Hobi bought the penthouse unit for 12.0 billion KRW (about US$8.95 million) in cash. Hobi also purchased another unit on the lower floor for 10.0 billion KRW (about US$7.46 million).
The Afer Hangang penthouse boasts 273.86 square meters with three rooms and four bathrooms. The lower-level unit is 232.86 square meters with three rooms and three bathrooms.
As if that wasn't impressive enough, Hobi also owns two units at the Trimage Apartments.
Hobi currently owns four luxury homes. He is collecting them like Pokemon.
Being in the industry for over a decade, it's not surprising that BTS j-hope net worth has grown over the years. While different reports present different amounts for BTS j-hope net worth. One thing is constant. It's over US$ 20 million. Multiple reports even claimed that Hobi is the richest BTS member.
Despite BTS j-hope net worth, he remains humble and relatable. Here he is showing ARMY how he washes his socks. Relatable, right? Wrong! Hobi did that livestream after a highly successful concert with his fellow millionaires.

Hobi is my bias and I'm so happy for him. He has sacrificed and worked so hard and deserves everything he has. That being said, I'm realizing this morning how rich i am. I live in America in a small house on 6 acres of land surrounded by woods and good neighbors. Don't have any money to spare and have bills to pay and have to do without some things. But I have peace and it's quiet here, and that's worth more to me than money. Cannot imagine living in an apartment building like that and not having the freedom to just get up and go anywhere i want without having to have security guards to protect me. These guys are sacrificing a lot for their fans, many of whom are delulu and want to control them. I pray that someday they will be free to date and marry and have a more peaceful life and not live under a microscope anymore. People need to respect them and love them and thank them for being willing to work so hard to make us happy

He shares his wealth with friends and family and still is a bit frugal as he knows there is a future with the memory of when he didn't have anything. Yeah those net worth estimates of 20 to 25 must be so underestimated, seeing as his property value alone is now US$20m!
